This was my second experience attending the location. On 5/31 the UEFA Champions league final was set to start at 2p.m so clearly it would be a full place early in the afternoon since this is a “soccer” pub. Our group of 4 made a reservation early morning and this was no issue when arriving. We got a table close to the bar downstairs in the corner next to the windows. It was a great spot with TVs all around to watch the game. Our server never showed up to take our orders. The game was already at the 25 min mark and at that point a server who had just clocked in was walking by so I politely stopped her to see if she could finally help us. She took our drinks and food order all together in a piece of paper and assured us that we would be attended. Our drinks never arrived and we never saw her again. I stepped onto the bar multiple times to talk to an attendant managing the drinks and the host explaining the situation. One of my friends went up to the bartender and ordered drinks while we were still waiting for our food but nothing came. By the start of the second half I approached the host again who was with an another server who was suppose to manage the full dining area downstairs by herself. She finally came up to our table and got our full order again. we were given one more round of drinks but the food never came out. This may not happen all the time but the lack of Structure or staff to manage the full dining area really showed specially for the biggest game of the European season. Unfortunately this left a bad impression on my friends who had been to the place for the first time. With the Club World Cup coming up, I encourage you...
Read moreI waited for this place for almost 2 years. After reading the article about its development I was incredibly excited for something new in town. My group of friends went on 9.21.24 to basically check it out because I had talked about it so much. I have never been more disappointed in my experience. They were short staffed with only 1 server (at lunch time!). The bartender was on her phone the entire time we looked up. I noticed another employee would come and go from the kitchen area and stop what they were doing to watch the CFB games on the tv's. We waited 20 mins for a corrected food order which we KNOW wasn't fired up until we asked for it even though we were told "it was being worked on". We almost just left without it because we waited so long. The server, Esperanza, tried her hardest (she told us it was her 1st week). We were told the rooftop area didn't have a bartender so we didn't head up with EVERY intention of going up after we ate. Once we paid our check I just wanted to leave I was so over it. We all took the short walk to Tennessee Brew Works and were seated promptly and had quicker service even though they had a full house. Maybe it was my fault for being so excited to try this place and I built it up to much. Maybe it was a rough day for everyone. I see all these 5 stars so maybe we will try it again but not...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve had in Nashville. The website says they have gluten free menus. After waiting 30+ minutes to even get a menu let alone order, I asked if I can just get a side of bacon and eggs (a part of the english breakfast, but I am gluten free so can’t eat the rest). Our waitress said no, you can’t order anything a la carte. I asked if she could double check since in 15 years of having celiac disease I’ve never had an issue getting sides for breakfast at any restaurant. She came back and said no, you can’t get anything. Was not apologetic in the slightest. Then, my husband proceeded to order a side of potatoes for himself (even though it’s not on the menu and I thought nothing was a la carte?). I had to sit through a multi hour soccer game pregnant and hungry, watching everyone else eat. It took the others over an hour to get their food and drinks too, so it wasn’t just me who had a bad experience. Will not be returning. Super disappointed, don’t advertise you have gluten free menus and then not...
