Came to this location, I arrived at 8:41pm with my 4 year old daughter. I went to the door to ensure they were still open because the "OPEN" LIGHT was turned off. I saw another customer inside the restraunt ordering/paying for an order. The door WAS open, So I walked 6 steps back to my vehicle, an entire 6 feet maybe. I told my toddler, "ok there open, come on and get out!" Went thru all the trouble of getting her out of her car seat, grabbing my purse, her little 'purse'/bag she carries and bring everywhere. Rolled up my windows & Locked my car doors. It is now 8:45pm. We walk to the door, the customer inside has now left just a moment prior, I saw her getting into her vehicle next to my car. Low and Behold, The staff locked the doors on us. I know for a fact they saw me coming to make sure the door was unlocked 4 mins prior, saw me getting my toddler out of the car, and decided to Lock the doors so we could not come order dinner for ourselves!!! It's frustrating because my child really wanted Subway/JeeseyMikes. Subway closed early too. CLEARLY posted CLOSE TIMES are on both establishments and online. Subway closed over 30 mins early. So I drove OUT OF MY WAY, To catch Jersey Mike's at least 15 mins before cllse time. I just wanted to order 1 sub sandwich, TO-GO! I didn't arrive or attempt to come inside 2-3-4 mins before closing time! This was 20 mins, 15 mins before. My order would have been made and paid for in less then 5 mins and we would have been on our way! No, instead I had to load my toddler back up into the car, explain to a hungry SAD child why the door was just unlocked and locked once WE WERE SEEN WANTING TO COME INSIDE TO ORDER, & once again, go on the hunt for a restraunt to feed my little girl. These employees are told to expect to be here AFTER closing time. That's any good establishment AROUND! I find NO excuse for the doors to be locked prior to CLOSE TIME. NO EXCUSE FOR ME AND MY CHILD TO BE DENIED SERVICE, AND THE DOOR LOCKED IN A WAY, IN OUR FACES. ITS NOT OK. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK, DONT HAVE A JOB. I WASNT DISRESPECTFUL AND CAME 2 MINS BEFORE CLOSING TIME. I CAME APPROPRIATELY, 15-20 MINS BEFORE 9PM. JUST ENOUGH TIME TO AT LEAST MAKE 1 FREAKIN SANDWICH// SUB TO-GO!
IM JUST GONNA STICK TO THE LOCATION IN I'm, DESPITE IT BEING WELL...
Read moreI placed an order on 8/2 for three subs. For some reason the next day Jersey Mike’s didn’t get the order. I spoke with the manager who kept saying, “Only four orders were available.” I kept asking NUMEROUS times if he could locate it by the ticket number.” He kept saying, “Sir. It won’t do any good. I’m telling you. It won’t come up. You may come down and present it.” I explained, “I will go to corporate headquarters because I’m looking right at the ticket! I can email or give it to you by phone. I shouldn’t have to go through this.” *I was going to work in a couple hours. I had no time to drive to a restaurant arguing over food. The manager FINALLY puts the number in the system after requests were ignored. HE FOUND IT! He said, “It’s the first time this ever happened.” This is a very poorly executed establishment. No apology or ownership. He just said, “It’ll be ready in 10 minutes.” I shouldn’t have had this issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! This is the real Jersey Mike’s. Sometimes I wonder if I were a white male or female if he would’ve believed me right away. I kept telling him to place the ticket number in the system. It’s as if he didn’t want to acknowledge I might be right. This is so sad. Also, I almost had to pay again for another order cause it wasn’t only for me. It just makes me realize how bad things are in America. I had to argue with a manager over a simple order where he refused to do his job placing a number provided from them in the system.
Update 8/4 I received a call explaining the system didn’t rollover my order correctly. I understand mistakes happen. This still does not explain the actions of the manager. He’s supposed to exercise control and good judgment. After I made the comment about going to corporate he said, “Well that’s a corporate issue.” He didn’t care at all about resolving the dispute. Stop making excuses for unproductive, unprofessional, behavior. He didn’t do his...
Read moreI had the absolute best experience at Jersey Mike’s today! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing — fresh bread, sizzling steak, and that perfect deli aroma that makes your mouth water instantly. But what really made my visit special was Fernanda. She was so friendly, upbeat, and clearly takes pride in what she does. She greeted everyone with a smile and made my sub exactly how I wanted it — fresh, perfectly layered, and bursting with flavor.
You can tell Fernanda genuinely cares about making each customer happy. She even took the time to double-check my order and made sure everything looked perfect before handing it over. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days!
The food, of course, was incredible — the bread was soft and warm, the ingredients were super fresh, and that signature “Mike’s Way” finish tied it all together beautifully.
If you’re craving a delicious sandwich and great customer service, this Jersey Mike’s location is the place to go. Huge shoutout to Fernanda for making my day — she deserves...
