I arrived at the store around 2pm on Saturday. The parking lot was a mess with trash. I walked into the store. There were 2 employees standing by the drive thru window cutting up. There were no cars in the drive thru. There were 3 more employees in the food prep area that were standing around talking as they had no orders placed. There were two self help order kiosks but one was broken and there was a family ahead of us ordering at the other. We stood at the front counter looking at the menu. Eventually a drive thru employee came over to tell us that it was self order kiosk ordering only. We tried to go to the kiosk to find the other one broke and they were so close together that we could not really get close to it due to the other family ordering. We stood there for about 5 minutes waiting as the other family was still trying to figure out the kiosk and what they wanted. Eventually a girl that seemed to be management stepped forward from the back food prep area realizing they had customers in the lobby but no orders in the system and again told us we could order at the kiosk. We said it was broken and we were waiting our turn. She went ahead and took our order after explaining they don't normally do that because of how short staffed they are, but since nobody was in the drive thru she could take our order. Our order was taken. The tables were all dirty. They appeared to maybe have been cleaned with a dirty rag. The family in front of us said the Pepsi was out. The manager went and checked and said it was fine. My wife tried it and said well it doesn't taste right, so there is still a problem. The manager just said she didn't know, she would likely need to call pepsi. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and there was no soap. I told the manager there was no soap, to which I then heard her say to the staff they were out of soap, and she was taking the soap from one of the employee hand wash stations to use in the restroom and they were to use the other sink. The food was decent and as expected from taco bell. But overall the general experience was poor. Sounds like poor ownership/management if they are not ordering supplies in time or finding alternatives and not keeping staff or maintaining the facility. They don't know how to fix the drink machine, and they have broken kiosks that customers are required to use and just the place being...

UPDATE: They gave me someone else’s order. I had gone through the drive-thru so I had to go inside and get my order corrected. When I walked in, there were two customers at the counter waiting on food, and three customers sitting down waiting on food. One of the customers at the counter said he had been waiting long, and they messed up his order. He was waiting on his correct order. The girl working the window was laughing with another employee (did not have on a basic uniform, I hope this wasn’t a Manager) and saying “oh this the mobile order, he been gone already Hahahaha!” I got her attention and I got my order, and gave back the wrong one. As for the food itself, it was also incorrect. I ordered a #6 which is two ground beef chalupas, and a Taco. I switched one of the chalupas to chicken, and the other to steak...both with no tomatoes. When I got my food, one was chicken the other was ground beef…both had tomatoes. This is not really a big deal per se, unless I was allergic to tomatoes… Thankfully I’m not. Read moreI wish I could leave a 0 star review. I went to this location to pick up an online order and they didn't have it ready. Then, they continued to mean mug me at the counter. They were sluggish in fixing it, talked about other employees and customers while everyone was waiting on them to fix their orders. People were waiting before I got there and after I left (without getting my food). The drive thru was wrapped around. These are all service related issues but now I'm going to talk about how dirty this place is. This has got to be the worst Taco Bell franchise I've ever been to. They only have one counter at the front for the cash register and one to fix food on. It's a big open space of dirty floors, condiment and drink spills everywhere. They really need to shut this down or upgrade it and hire an entire new staff that won't have females with sagging pants and guys using gloves out of their pockets to receive cash and then touch food with it. The wait was so long that I had time to observe their behavior and food prepping techniques which made decide to never come back. You really dont know what you're eating when you eat from here. Go...
