Stayed at Treasure Island and wanted to order a pizza for my kids since when we came back from a show the line was out the door. Nope...had to go back downstairs to order the $23 for a medium pepperoni pizza.
We get in line and the sign says "Place order here" so we waited...and waited...and waited since there was only 1 person cooking, slicing and serving the pizza...super greasy at that. We were behind about 7 people...only to get to the lady serving the pizza for her to tell us we had to place our order at the cash register. By then we had been in line waiting for 15 minutes.
When we got to the register, we asked the casher why there wasn't a sign saying if you were ordering a whole pizza to go to the register. She said, "You have to wait to get to the person who's serving the pizza, then they'll send you to the cash register to place your order. That's how it's always been.". Needless to say, pizza hut does pizza better and in better time than this place ever could. We'll never come back here...

It was accepted and immediately I received a cell phone text notification and email. What's weird was that the cashier made me sign for credit card on paper again and would not give me a copy my receipt when asked. Instead I was told that I will be called. The people before and after me got receipts without asking and they didn't have to sign again for credit card, the machine was enough... Unlike me...
