Hubby and I have been extra into donuts lately. So after staying on the Strip, we visited this place on the morning since it was just a short drive away.
It was a Thursday around noon and we were the only ones there throughout the visit. Picked out a box of six donuts, hubby grabbed a coffee and we sat down to enjoy.
I started with the bear claw because I've never had one and this one looked extra impressive. It's huge, covered in cinnamon sugar and filled with and apple pie filling. The dough was super fluffy and the filling was perfect - not overly sweet and not under-filled.
Next I went after that apple fritter. We got two of these. One to share and one to take home to my dad as a thank you for watching the kiddo. But next time I definitely need to get one just for myself because this one ended up being my absolute favorite! There was just the right balance of crunchy outside, chewy doughy-ness and chunks of soft apple.
Next, I tried the apple pocket type creation which I'd never seen anywhere else! It looked like they taken a thin circle of pie dough and filled and wrapped it like a burrito. Then it was fried and covered in glaze. This was probably this least exciting for me because the dough was thin and crunchy and the apple filling because over powering.
Next, I tried the old fashion which is usually one of my favorites. While it was certainly nice, it wasn't the best I've found in Vegas.
But service was fast and friendly! I'll definitely return for that...

This is not an all vegan establishment. The items I ordered are vegan. I stopped by 4 times during my 2 weeks vacation. First time during the afternoon, maybe 2PM. Second time at 6AM. I have tried 4 of the donuts, chocolate eclair, cinnamon roll, ham and cheese bagel, apple turnover, and apple fritter. I strongly advise going as early as possible, they open at 5AM. It tasted the best when I went in the morning.
The donuts are light. It is exactly like how I remember a donut. Where I’m from I often see vegan donuts and I get all excited, but only to be greeted with something dense and cakey. Not that that is bad, but it’s not what I want in a donut. This place just completely blows my mind with these.
Chocolate eclair - It’s light like the donut with a nice frosting.
Cinnamon roll - It’s not overly cinnamon flavored and lighter than normal cinnamon rolls. You can see that there isn’t icing on it.
Apple fritter - full of chunks of apple. Very sweet.
Ham and cheese bagel - This didn’t have as much “meat” as I would have liked. For the price, it’s a fair sandwich.
Apple turnover - The outside is flaky and full of apple. Kind of like a handheld pie.
I would say that the glazed donuts and cinnamon roll are my...

The donuts are a rip off and not worth it. They also over charge for chocolate bars or glazed twists. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was a larger guy and a short hair cut, If you get that guy as your helper……run! He’s no good. Very very poor customer service!
I tried ordering two dozen donuts. He verbally told me that a dozen glazed twists and bars cost $19. It’s what’s advertised on the wall.
I ordered two dozen. But it was a mixture of everything. Cheaper donuts and glazed twists, and chocolate bars. In one of the dozen, I had 11 chocolate bars and glazed twists. I was short one in that dozen of some other donut. But then in the other box, I had like four or five chocolate bars and glazed twists. So he tried to overcharge me because they were split up. It made literally no sense because I still got 12 of the same donut that cost $19.
He was trying to charge me something crazy, like the cost of another dozen for two dozen donuts and these are regular donuts. Nothing fancy about them. I will Ever ever ever go in there....
