Rally's — Restaurant in New Albany

I went through the drive thru. I took about 3 minutes for the clerk to find "chicken sandwich" in which time she just kept telling me, "hold on hold on." When she allowed me to give my order I guess she wasn't listening because she forgot a burger because when I got to the window she read my order and I noted that something was missing but couldn't hear what, I asked her "how many burgers were on the order?" And she reread the whole order. I repeated my question so she reread my whole order again and I still couldn't hear her well. She handed me my food and receipt, I pulled up and there was a hamburger missing off the receipt. I parked and walked up to the walk up window. The cashier looked at me and said, "oh my computer just went down," and walked off. About 5 MINUTES later, the same cashier that took my drive thru order came to the window and said, " I just gave you your food, what do you want?" I told her that I needed a sandwich that didn't make it on my order and gave her the sandwich order. She walked off and came back a few minutes later and asked, "what did you want again?" I gave her sandwich order again and she told me the total and took my card. About 3 minutes later the pickup order opened, somebody said said something I couldn't hear and closed the window with a bag of food outside to which it promptly fell off the table. I was the only person waiting on food so I looked in it and assumed it was mine. I got home and the 2 original sandwiches were not correct. All in all the food was ok but not worth the...

This particular review isn't for this exact time. There was a time I ordered online. I prefer to order online, get to see the menu w/o the rush of "would you like anything else" over and over. No kidding, pulled up to the drive through speaker and the first words were "we are experiencing very long wait times because of door dash. You're looking to wait 45 minutes to an hour" Let me tell you. My app said about 15 minutes. I let the gentleman know I had a mobile order and immediately heard the 'sigh of disappointment'. But because I was quoted a long wait due to higher than normal volume I was willing to wait.

I pulled out in front of the restaurant, started watching YouTube and was startled when a knock on my window came 15-20 minutes later with my order.

Happily I expressed thanks because I was expecting twice as long.

My star rating is for a misinformation. Don't tell me 45 minutes to an hour to get my food thinking imma just say f it and drive off. Do your job, make burgers, dogs, and fries.

If only there was a way to contact someone in corporate Rallys. I have not had Rallys in a long time. After convincing my family to have our dinner here tonight 6/22/21, we were all looking forward to eating their "famous"fries. Received my order in drive thru. Upon checking to make sure order was correct, I noticed the fry containers that hold fries were small and not even full.. showed them to guy at drive thru window. He told me that was a large fry. I would really hate to see what a small consists of.. I took a pic of them but don't know how to post pic on here.. it's a shame that this is our local Rallys. The other on vincennes have been cited several times from the health department.. when this site opened, everyone noticed the service, cleanliness, and amount of food that was served.chicken bites are cold.
