Arby's — Restaurant in New Bern

9/28/2021 at around 7:15 pm I tried to order the "New Real country style rib" sandwich, I said it exactly as it's shown on the drive-thru menu. I first get a woman who says, you mean the rim cheese steak? I said no, the real Country style rib. She then says I don't know what you are talking about, then told me they don't carry that anymore. I asked, you don't carry it anymore? It's a new item, are you sold out? Couldn't make out what was said, and for roughly 10 minutes afterwards nobody answered the drive-thru. Like they tuned it off. I suspect they were expecting me to drive off. No, instead I called the Arby's phone number and what sounded like a young lady answered the phone and I asked if they were sold out of the country style rib sandwich. She says no. I said, well I'm waiting in the drive-thru. Waited again, so long that a person from behind me walked up and asked me what was going on. Shortly after that the same person from before ask if I'd like to order. I repeated my order, she says I don't know what you are talking about. I politely ask, I can take a picture of the menu and show you. Then this gentleman comes on and asks what I'd like to order, I repeated it again then the lady says we'd don't have that, then she says "oh..." Then suddenly pork rib sandwiches appears on the screen. I finalized my order then pulled around and paid. I'm not going to go into the other issues with the female workers gossiping and giggling about upset customers calling in because of the long time it took for the line to move. I will say the gentleman who was there and taking the order was the most helpful and professional. I do appreciate him, because that situation was a complete fiasco... P.S. The...

First time eating at this location. We were very disappointed. We all got combo's with curly fries. Well when we got the food the curly fries were basically burnt. So I took them back to the front and the lady said they were not burnt that they are frying the burgers in the same grease and so the curly fries look like that. Needless to say I bit one in front of her and it had no potato in that fry. They didn't offer much and we asked for crinkle fries. So 10 minutes had went by and my mother had to go ask for the fries. It was horrible the fries were the same way. So the burgers they are advertising that are back, I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be using the same grease that you cook fries in. Something is wrong with this picture. Not going back, they didn't show that they really cared. Overpriced is what it is with burnt...

My wife and I went through the drive through today, as we pulled up we were greeted by a young woman on the tele com. Of course the young lady asked , what can I get you, my wife replied please give us a moment. Not even a minute later she replied again yet this time she was much louder and extremely rude about it. So I shouted back, give us a minute as we asked before. Once we paid for the food and left to get home and see the food was horribly constructed. I ordered the New Texas beef brisqute sand which, let me say this it looked not even in the same area code of being half way looking like the photo. Very little meat, once pickle no BBQ sauce, and hardly any onions strings. I will never go back again, this place is like everything else in this pathetic town of newbern. No one wants to do their job...
