I wanted to give feedback on our visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. First off, we were greeted by host promptly as soon as we entered and he was wonderful. He walked us to a table only to find the servers tables in her section were dirty and littered with straw papers. He tidied up the table for us wiped it. Not a big issue for us because we all work in the field and unfortunately understand the need for a lending hand at times. However, as our visit went on, things went to the worst experience in a restaurant EVER!!! We ordered our drinks and appetizer and they came out. Then my daughter needed a beverage refill and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the waitress to return and I finally walked up to the bar and retrieved her refill myself. Once I sat back down the server had returned with my salad when I was getting her refill and had gotten it wrong. I was not about to wait another 15 minutes and management presence nor other employees were no where around. Rather than waiting again I walked into there back area at the door and noticed 3 employees standing there doing absolutely NOTHING!! Half our food was just sitting in the window and our lovely server had her face in her cell phone looking at herself. I asked another employee about getting our server which she gladly did so. It was the same girl who refilled my daughters water at the bar. I didn’t catch her name however, I appreciated her kindness of looking out for a patron that another server was getting tipped from. When I explained my issue to our server, she said she would gladly try and address my issue. I returned to my seat. When our server came back out, the line cook followed her to the door trying to help with my issue. Kuddos to your line cooks!! The food was then brought out directly after that. My husband’s fries were ice cold! Guess we should have expected that seeing how our food just sat in the window waiting to be ran while our server found her cell phone was more important. Then, I’m looking at husband and his eyes 👀 got huge and I asked him what was wrong. He said he just saw a roach scurry around to the next booth. I got up real quick and took my flashlight out on my phone because it was rather dark. Removed my shoe and tried killing the thing. All restaurants have pests. If they tell you they don’t they lie! With that being said though all restaurants should have a pest management in place and they really shouldn’t be in the dining room. The roach was getting away and I lifted up the booth seat because again I’m in the field and know what to do. In there booths were soooo dirty it’s a no wonder they don’t have more than roaches. We decided to get the bill and leave. I believe if management made a presence it most likely would not have been as bad as it was. Cooperate should really take a long look at this store. Obviously one review isn’t going to work however I see several on here . My family will not be returning to this establishment with this...
Read moreI take my wife out to eat fairly regularly, but we only come here every few months because the food and service is so very hit or miss. Last night was a freshly awful experience. The first three things we tried to order were not available, which in and of itself is not uncommon in food service, but off putting when they’re headline items on the menu. Then my wife ordered boneless BBQ wings, and my daughter ordered 4 piece boneless wings. It took far too long to arrive, and when it did my wife and I were both still waiting on our side dishes. Peculiar, because all the sides we ordered were fryer-based dishes. Should have been the quickest part of the food preparation.
What my wife and daughter received were boneless wings that had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for HOURS. Next to no meat left inside them, jerky texture to the chicken, with rock hard breading. The BBQ sauce on my wife’s wings couldn’t even soften them. I got to listen to her crunch through them. My daughter wouldn’t even touch her nuggets. She ate the (also old and dehydrated) fries that came out with her chicken jerky.
Our side dishes arrived towards the end of our meal, the freshest thing on the whole table and still close to room temperature. At least the onion rings were not dry. The location was not even particularly busy when we went in, but after seeing and tasting the “food” that we paid $20 a person for, I understand why it wasn’t that busy. I informed the manager, tipped my waitress 20%, and left. The manager offered to make us 4 fresh nuggets, but that it would take 6-10 minutes until it came out. I did not trust his time estimate based on how long it took the kitchen to make onion rings, and we will not be returning for quite a few more months. I have no problem paying high food prices for the convenience, I have massive problems with paying high food costs for really terrible food.
Thanks for a memorable date...
Read moreI’m not even sure why people come to this location. Very rarely is there good service provided. Yesterday was the last straw. Went in with a party of 6 after lunch rush. There were maybe 4 other tables filled, 1 of which was in the bar section where we sat. Waitress came right out and took our drink order and brought drinks back and then took off. Never gave us menus. Had to flag her down for menus. She then came back and took our order and that was pretty much the last time we saw her. As the section slowly started to fill up she was seen walking to a few tables but always skipped us with empty drinks (soft drinks). Finally she brought 3 out of 6 refills. 45 minutes later our food was brought out not by her, half of which was cold, one bad enough to be comped. No silverware provided until we asked someone else. She never checked on our food, we had to find a manager which I believe was the kitchen manager that I believe it wasn’t his fault, seems our food had sat for a while before being picked up. On top of all of this we were finished eating for 15 minutes before she asked how we wanted the checks split. She then walked by and just tossed them in a pile on the table. We sorted them out and gave our cards. 5 minutes later she collected those, and 10 minutes she dropped them off in a pile and didn’t say a word. I am a very understanding person when it comes to service, especially in a restaurant, but there was no excuse for yesterday besides extremely poor management. We should not be able to look around the restaurant and see your employees chit chatting in a circle when we are sitting there with empty drinks and been waiting for food for 45 minutes. Support a small local restaurant instead, we have...
