I would give a 0 Star if I could! I have never been more disappointed in a business before. Called in to place several orders due to being at work and multiple people wanting food. The man that answered the phone pulled the phone away from his face and you could hear him yelling "I hate when they do this s, placing multiple f* orders, f, this is bulls**. So, we called the business back to speak with the manager, told her what was going on and that we were thinking about ordering from Marios instead, she just simply stated that she was sorry, but if we decided to purchase from Marios that was our choice, that she would hope we would not cancel, but again it was our choice. I am all for not getting things for free but to not even be offered some kind of incentive to keep my business was astonishing especially considering as a manager that is your job, is to keep business coming. We were placing an order to pick up, and the person taking the order pulled the phone slightly away from his ear and said he hates when this happens, when people place multiple, big orders. He used profanity and seemed very ungrateful of our business. Mind you, we order from Big Apple almost weekly. That changed today. I called back and spoke with the manager who told me she would appreciate it if I did not cancel our order and order from Mario's, but that she understood if I felt the need to. To the older blonde at the register that is named here multiple times for her lack of respect to customers—I think you should self-reflect on how you treat others, there seems to be a pattern. She was flat and condescending from the register greeting, apparently my ticket was not passed down to the one that makes the food creating a prolonged waiting time. When I went to counter to inquire I was ignored. My mother is wheelchair bound and she looked at both of us like third-class citizens-not sure if is was due to her disability but her personality was less than desired.
