A coworker brought me here for lunch. I have been all over for lunch and dinner and have never heard of this place. There are so many options. I really had a hard time deciding on what to eat. I ended up with a soup and half sandwich. The sandwich I got came with another side. I chose the fruit. As I was getting my drink, I took a look at the salad bar. It looked amazing. It may be my choice on my next visit. The place was busy, but my food came out fairly quickly. The broccoli cheese soup was some of the best I've ever had. The sandwich was just as good as the soup. I was happily surprised by it all. I can't wait wait to come back to try something else

We are new to town, both times we’ve come here we have been treated as though we are in a hurry and a complete inconvenience. When my son asked if his soup could be reheated the woman behind the counter became belligerent and said “oh it’s sooo cold.” We came in at 8:50 when closes at 10pm 3 nights ago and if this were my franchise I would have fired the entire crew. Why? They were trying to close everything an hour early and there were 3 other families that came in behind us. Unacceptable especially if you want to charge 6.00 for soup from a bag and a salad bar that is mediocre at best 10.00+. So bad I threw my salad in a Togo box. Unacceptable!!

We are regulars here and for good reason! We love the endless salad bar. The salad bar is always delicious, and stocked with crisp greens and fresh toppings. Service here is excellent! Must recommend the California club and strawberry shortcake! During covid the build-your-own salad is still an option, just with a twist! They’ll let you pick from the list of greens, dressings, and toppings and they’ll bring you a large salad created from your customization. Because the salad was so big I went back for a second salad and asked for a smaller portion which they served happily. Always a pleasure to dine here.

Certainly not the same great service from years gone by. Went in around 5pm last Sunday. Maybe two tables occupied and no one in line. Should be a good experience since they had about ten employees mulling around. The young cashier apparently did not know the menu and managed to add extras to the soup without letting us know there was an up charge. Perhaps its worth it but our much delayed food did not include the extras. We sat on the opposite corner of the room. Meanwhile the restaurant started getting additional customers, so John, the unmasked, unshaven manager started shouting commands to his staff clearly heard throughout the restaurant. You could tell by the look on most of the employees they did not appreciate it. Sounded like we were in some busy dive in New Jersey. Later, the tattooed, unshaven, no mask manager was delivering orders all around us to tables that arrived after us. After waiting twenty minutes for our order and intently watching the deli line, the manager figured out we were still waiting. Screaming at the employees he asked where was #82 in a loud and disturbing way. One guy responds loudly that he does not have some ingredient. The manager goes to the back kitchen and ten minutes later another employee brings our order. Apparently the manager did not want to chance talking to us. The food was decent; the service and atmosphere was not. No, the extra cost add ons were not present; maybe that was the delay and the manager...

I don't consider myself a salad guy, but Jason's Deli salad bar is the exception. I love the quality and selection of ingredients. The soft serve ice cream is also a favorite. Pre-pandemic, I would give this Jason's Deli five stars.

Due to the pandemic, we just started going to indoor restaurants in recent months, and it seems that the quality and service have slipped a bit. The vanilla ice cream has been out on on the last two out of four visits, which, sadly, means no indulging in one of my favorite guilty pleasures (root beer floats). In addition, several ingredients at the salad bar always seem to be empty, and my requests for refills are sometimes met with mild annoyance. Pre-pandemic, I would make due and get the ingredients I want on a second trip, but sadly, the unlimited salad bar has been eliminated and replaced with a slightly cheaper one-trip only option, ostensibly due to the pandemic. Given that vaccines are widely available, COVID cases are dropping, gloves are worn by customers, I'm hoping this policy will...

Quality of food is good. Price is little higher then some other but mostly worth it. Low rating is for the poor service we received. Not too busy on walk in. No one in front of us and one person behind in line. Out of the 8 plus people working none greeted us or told us just one moment. They just looked and would walk by or start something else or even talk amongstthemselves. About to just walk out when finally order was taken by very less then enthusiastic employee.

Bathroom had nothing to dry your hands off with.

Lastly when there with 2 toddlers we asked for more napkins from server. Who kinda chuckled and walked away. When didn't return went and found a make do roll of paper towels sitting around. The complete lack of customer service is amazing people would even go here anymore. I know my family won't be. I am also telling everyone I know how bad experience this was.

We have been here a couple times before and never...
