Pinocchio Pizza — Restaurant in New Canaan

After ordering from this Pizza restaurant for over 5 years straight this Place has been an family memory for me but after years of eating here. The drivers and quality of service has become horrible last night I ordered an large pepperoni pizza for me and my family as this has been a family tradition for years but the drivers cursed out my son when he didn’t have the money to provide the driver the tip he left upstairs. I reported this incident to the restaurant and instead of an apology the Resturant told me that they don’t deliver no more. I can’t even believe the audacity of one of the most iconic restaurants a Family favorite and a Family tradition eating here for over 5 Years. Yet when i ask for an apology for one of their delivery drivers cursing out my son I can’t receive an apology or anything but rejection of service from the Restaurant. Horrible Service...

LOVE this place! Ok- what you have to know is that I am SUPER EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY picky about my pizza. I'm from NY and was raised on Bronx pizza...and then I moved up here. Lol Let's just say it's been a problem finding consistently good pizza. Pinocchio's is the best around, every time. Now- New York pizza it is not, please know that. But it is the best pizza around these parts and it's always yummy and the dough is sweet and delicious. It's never weirdly thick either like a lot of "New England Style" pizza can be (for the record I never knew New England style pizza was a thing, but apparently it is...and it ain't good - the only thing I can compare it to is deep dish like Chicago style but with absolutely none of the greasy goodness).
