Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Orleans

My water main is torn up and I can't even wash dishes for cereal, so I ordered delivery. At the end of the order, I got a confirmation email, but the website came up with different open hours for the store than before, so I tried calling... no answer after trying five times. We live nearby but are limited at the moment to small bicycles, so I went to the store - which listed itself as still open, but the person inside waved me off angrily. Called the store and the manager picked up and told me he didn't know where my food was. oh wait never mind it's about to leave do you want me to just hand it to you? no - I can't carry a large pizza on a tiny bicycle, that's why I wanted it delivered. Manager was pissed off at this. Waited an hour - no pizza. Called to find out what was up - "We tried to deliver, but the building was abandoned (it isn't), and we called a bunch of times and you never answered (my call logs show no received calls) so we just threw it away. Call Dominoes." Never making the mistake of calling that...

Terrible service!!!!!!!!! I ordered through Papa Johns online and they outsourced it to Door Dash. SMH. He took FOREVER. I didn't receive my drink and when I called the driver he said they never gave it to him-with an attitude. When I called the store, I was told they DID give it to him and he sounded SO unconcerned. Oh, by the way, my pizza was cold as hades and had a 'bubble' in it that the manager said everyone had called about today and the company they got it from sent them bad dough. Like he gave ZERO effs!

I just moved to New Orleans and don't know my way around yet. After waiting over 2 hours for food, I now have to leave my hotel and go out in an unknown city and pay an arm and a leg for a beverage. Awful experience without an iota of warmth or care from the store or driver. I will do Domino's or Pizza Hut next time. I have lived in 5 states and this is the WORST Papa John's experience I...

This location has delivered to my house with no problem several times over the past 6 months that I have lived here. All of the delivery drivers have been very nice. My problem comes when tonight, my pizza was delivered an hour and a half after I ordered, when I was told 35-40 minutes. I call the manager because at this point I am starving and angry, and he tells me that my house is not in their delivery zone so the girl shouldn't have taken my order. I'm not sure how this is possible because they have delivered to me many times, my information is in the system, and this location is less than 10 minutes from my house. The manager was rude and cut me off when I called to express my frustration. He said they don't deliver to my "side" of the street but they absolutely do.
