Everyone here are so overworked and tired. Even the supervisor, Jessica look half dead without any enthusiasm. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. Even if you need Chinese speaking service other branches have Chinese speaking staff as well. Go online to the make an appointment section and you can see the bankers name and the languages they speak.

Only two teller here and the line is super longer. Don't understand why with such densely populated community they have so little staff. I ordered foreign currency and made the mistake to delivered here because it is closer and the location at Northern Blvd. has no parking. Next time I have it sent to Bell Blvd. It is so frustrating dealing with this branch.

I went this location today for my home mortgage. mortgage lady has pool attitude. She play with cell phone in front of me awhile, then said I should not come to this location to apply home mortgage because I buying home in mamaroneck Westchester. After let her know that I living in Flushing, she roughly looking at my first page of tax report and said she could make any loan for me. I waited much more than an hour under the burning sun to try to get pre- approval, this lady even not want to look at my document in detail, recommended me to make credit card loan or different kind of loan. Did my monthly routine withdrawal from the ATM of this branch, and when the screen indicated to take my cash, there was no cash. I went to the bank officer to address the problem, and all she kept telling me was that I have to call BOA. I am retired on SS, and I temporarily have no phone, and I said so. She looked at the balance and saw that the money was indicated as having been withdrawn, but I never got it.
