This review is strictly on the personnel running the office. Not to any Doctor specifically. I will give a negative if I can. I was in the office for my annual exam, upon arrival I was informed that Dr. Song is off today, I told them I was okay with seeing other doctor. The drama unfolds when I saw the "doctor", apparently the lady I saw is not a doctor, she is a PA. I went ahead and discussed my concerns about a medical procedure since she has the medical background. While addressing my concern, she acknowledged that my concern was vaild, she cannot provide any additional data or reassurances. The choices for getting such procedure lies with the patient. At this point we are still on the same page. I then asked her if she can provide something in writing to confirm that I have spoken to my health provider and that they are unable to provide reassurances. She said she has to speak to her boss, this is a red flag and that's how I found out she is not a doctor. To give her credit, she is trying her best to accommodate me. But she is not the shot caller. After few back and forth, I've requested to speak with doctor or whoever is in charge there. Then comes Helen, who is not a doctor nor an office manager. I asked for her title/position, she wasn't able to answer it. Helen insisted that the office will not issue any statement which addresses my concerns on the procedure. I was not going to discuss my medical issues with someone who doesn't have the knowledge or background. I pressed on and requested to speak to a doctor, she then said you already met the doctor (she meant the PA I saw earlier, and she said they are the same doctor). I told her no, they are not the same, I wanted to speak to MD, not PA, not NP. She then told me there is no MD on duty today. She further stated that I should go to other doctor's office if I wish to speak with a MD. She then proceeded with closing my file with the office and instructed the front desk to give all of my medical documents back to me . She said she canceled my visit today. At this point I was furious and frustrated. To make the issue worst, they were going to charge me for copy of my medical records. I said are you fuxxking kidding me, you refused to provide my medical care, you closed my file. Im entitled to my medical records. This is BS on another level. Then comes this guy from the office threatened to call the police on me because I used a curse word. How ridiculous is that?! This is how this office treats their concerned paintet, having some non medically trained personnel to discuss medical concerns, by shovel the paintent out of the door when they know they have no backbone to stand on. Needless to say I didn't get my annual physical exam. This is a huge disappointment to this office. They have been my PCP for the past 10 years, its sad that they are now care more for the business than the actual medical care and...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal patient here for over five years, visiting for everything from annual check-ups to urgent walk-ins and simply requirements for school and work. This group practice offers a wide range of providers, so you're sure to find someone you feel comfortable with. Dr. Xiaoyan Song runs the practice with true professionalism, and I have to say, I’m a huge fan of PA Zhao too. They incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to your concerns and truly appreciate your input when it comes to your care. The treatment plans here are well-rounded, and I always feel like we’re working together to address any issue.
I’ve come here for a variety of concerns—whether it’s pain, infections, viruses, or even COVID—and I’ve always felt confident in the care I receive. They don’t just treat the symptoms; they work with you to ensure a comprehensive plan that addresses the root of the problem.
Despite the high volume of patients, the practice has multiple rooms, so you're never kept waiting long. The nurses and medical assistants are fast, efficient, and friendly, and I’ve always had smooth, painless experiences with blood work. One thing I really appreciate is that if you have any concerns or feedback, the staff handles them thoughtfully and with care.
I’ve since recommended this practice to my family and friends, and I know I can count on them for top-tier care. Their knowledge is extensive! I always leave knowing my needs have been addressed and that I’m on the path to feeling better. Best in Flushing. Very kind and knowledgable I will keep...

They refused preventive medical care so they can bill insurance for multiple visits. They will not do more than 1 vaccine per visit. I bring my mother and children to their dr and they all get the same shots in one visit that Dr Song demands be done over multiple visits.
It is an insurance SCAM!
Been with Dr Song since Roosevelt Ave office, unfortunately this is now just an assembly line to submit insurance claims. My daily prescription needs a prior authorization. I went in on 10/21, saw a dr and was told the PA would be submitted. It is 10/29 the insurance company did not receive the PA request, but they did receive an invoice for my visit for $170. Is charing for services not rendered illegal? Called today to get the PA submitted and they say they have too many patients and will see if they can get it done.
Edit: After I called in upset on the 29th the PA was approved same day. The office called and followed up with me several times to make sure everything was good. Then when I came in this morning (11/5) for my annual physical the office manager came in to speak with me and explain why the original PA was delayed. I appreciate the effort made to rectify what happened.
I’m still a little salty that what could have been a one day task too over a week. Resulting that I didn’t have access to a daily preventative medication, however the office showed they do care. So I bumped my 1...
