4 Caminos Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I love getting dinner here for a quick bite + I love there drinks. Somewhat reasonable! I do wish there space was a bit more better. The atmosphere is different but I understand it’s authentic. There’s nothing wrong with that. Overall, a good dinner spot! :)

Update: I’m updating this on August 19, 2025. I placed an order today, 30 minutes before takeout, but the ladies on the phone didn’t understand my order and never entered it into the system. When I arrived, they didn’t apologize for this mistake. I felt like they also rushed my order because of it. My food was bland, and the chicken had no seasoning at all. I understand that things happen, but this is the third time I’ve called this restaurant, and the worker hasn’t been able to understand my order when placing it. Decided to try this place out after continually receiving flyers in the mail. Food was all bland and had no flavor. The rice was mushy and not seasoned at all, along with the steak which had absolutely no seasoning. French fries and chicken fingers were barely warm and some needed more time in the fryer. Cemita was not a cemita. Incorrect bun, missing chipotle and papalo. Again, the meat had no flavor.

Customer Service is the most difficult experience I’ve had so far. Lady on the phone repeated back the address to my friend correctly. Called back 45 minutes later to check up on ETA Arrival and turns out the incorrect address was written even though they repeated it back correctly during the initial order. I’m giving this restaurant a 5 star rating not only because the food was good but the customer service was amazing. The waiter was very formal and gave my wife and I a very good time. I was never a person who liked to drink but the way he was describing how good the drinks were, I had to get one. The one I got was a mango margarita on the rock. I’m not going to lie, it was very good. The best part was that we got to see him do the margaritas . So it makes us know if they had some secret stuff But they didn’t. I ordered like 5 of them.
