2025 update: Haven't been back. I was looking at my old reviews and saw this one. Because of his other Google reviews being so overwhelmingly positive, and my review being the only critical one, I felt obliged to update my review. It was one person that created my negative experience, not the whole store. Changed from 1 star (hated it), to 3 stars (it's okay). Wish the family well, and the business continued success.

2019 update: Happy with Chris, very professional and sweet. Very upset with Fernando. Very dry, short, and standoffish. Ask for multiple appraisals, which I had appraised elsewhere. Quotes were less than half of other quotes.

2018: Took in multiple watches for batteries. After battery replacement, a waterproof watch had water intrusion. I found moisture in it, condensation. Wanted to charge me additional to open it...

I was in absolutely awe when my fiancé proposed to me. It is absolutely stunning. Now in 2021, we worked with Fernando and Dino to custom make our wedding bands. The bands are absolutely gorgeous and compliments my engagement ring very nicely. Both Dino & Fernando are extremely knowledgeable and pay close attention to detail. They listen and make suggestions.
