I'm leaving this review for Barbara, who I’ve had the honor of seeing for both prenatal massage and Reiki. From the moment you step into Noctua Diem, it feels like a sanctuary—calming, safe, and deeply relaxing. That sense of peace only grows thanks to Barbara’s warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The setup is thoughtful and incredibly supportive. Whether it’s the perfectly arranged pillows, the soothing lighting, the gentle aromatherapy, or Barbara’s intuitive touch, every element works together to create a deeply restorative experience. Her ability to ease out tension—while keeping everything relaxing—has given me the best naps of my pregnancy journey. I always leave feeling not just relaxed, but truly rested.

I can't speak highly enough of Barbara! She is a true healer, one of the gentlest yet most powerful people I've met, and I am so grateful that I found her. Barbara gave me massages during infertility treatments, and I really think that I owe my current pregnancy at least in part to her! She gave me a beautiful end-of-massage reiki session that literally made me cry, and that I can still feel today, months later. From a physical standpoint, she also worked out pains that I've had in my back and shoulders for years, and brought my attention to areas that are super tight and that were impacting my well-being. John is a master of his craft. I came to Noctua Diem with chest pain and upper back pain that numb my entire left arm. Prior to this, I have gone to the medical doctor and all my test results for any heart condition have come back negative. He treated me with deep tissue massage followed by fire cupping and moxa treatment. He explain to me that my chest pain and back pain was caused by a trigger point in the pectoral muscle that was causing me so much pain!
