Nice bar with a cool wooden ceiling situation going on inside. The best bit was the big back yard with tables and chairs so you can sit outside and off the street.
Sadly there are a ton of weeds and leaves which makes the atmosphere not as great. Little bit strange is that there are some weeds that are growing as tall as small trees which is presumably choking the life out of the big tree in the back yard (and probably causing a lot of the leaves to fall) which will eventually end up with the tree dying and either needing to be cut down or fall down...... Looked poignantly old - too era-specific to be a dive bar, and the whiskey-root beer and charcuterie boards lent to that idea.
