It been very difficult. On the one hand, the young man was there and acted fast to help configure my phone before a trip out of the county. I was very appreciative of his quick help when the Apple Store couldn't assist.
The frustrating part has been feeling taken advantage of. Both my girlfriend and I were over charged for services that we were never informed about in the store.
They were very aggressive in signing us up for services ( creating new phone lines when they could have been transferred, signing up for at&t insurance when I said that I didn't want it, etc)
It was not resolved until I called at&t directly and they were able to refund for these overcharges and enrollments that were not necessary or properly communicated.
I feel that they must get a compensation for the services that they enroll customers in and are aggressive to sign them up.
I guess it best to call the at&t first for their help before going in person...

I have ATT Insurance in case anything like this should happen. Rep was playing on his phone when i walked in, was uninterested, and pointed across the room to a brochure on the wall (wasn't clear where he was pointing toward as there were brochures at the end of his pointing arm). He mentioned calling support tomorrow when it's not a Sunday even when the brochure says that support is available 9am-9pm on the weekend. Asked how can I call when my phone will be completely dead? Read moreThis place is a complete joke. I went in here on a Tuesday in January to get a new iPhone. Their internet was down so the guy told me to come back later. When I came back 4 hours later we went through the entire process to get me a new phone. Once finished taking all of my info he told me that they were out of stock but it would be sent to my apartment by the weekend. When the weekend came with no phone I called AT&T they said the phone would not ship until MARCH! I went back to the store at 11:30am to cancel my order because they were supposed to be open at 11:00am and the gate was still down.
