Continuing my hunt for the best regular slice on the UES, and tried Gotham Pizza on this beautiful Sunday night in June. Ordered a regular slice and a margherita slice, and they were fair. Just meeting NY standards, and I’d give their regular slice a 7.1/10. The marg slice was also fair, probably a 7.4/10. The crusts on both were nice and thin, but the flavors weren’t anything super special. They were good, but not great. They didn’t take my pants off, or whatever the kids say these days. Good pizza, but not the slice that will win the top spot for best regular slice.

The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the cheese is just the right amount of gooey goodness. I also took advantage of their lunch special: two slices of pizza and a soda or water for only $6.00. It's an incredible deal for the quality you get—definitely a steal! Whether you're in the mood for a quick lunch or a satisfying slice, Gotham Pizza is the place to go.

one of the most shity service I ever got in NYC The Day is Tusdey April 24th. the time is 10:25pm, call to the pizza to order a delivery. the delivery was to 5 blocks away from the restaurant (6 min walk, 4min by bike and 3 min by car ). they said that they don't deliver over there.. however I been order in the past at the same time to the same place on regular basic. ( for sure 3 times a week at the same time 10:30pm to 11:00pm ) a Spanish/ Indian guy answer to the phone and starts to scream at me that they not doing deliveries any more and if I want i should order at 8pm. really !!!??? At 8pm??!!. Will never order from this place again in my life !!! shameful!!! shity service to a great pizza... could be done much better...

Just the worst experience ever. After waiting for 2 hours for pizza, I called the pizzeria to ask them where the pizza was, they said it just went out from the restaurant and even after that the pizza never came. Called them again and they were extremely rude saying they don’t know where it is and that it was delivered or stolen and that they are closing right now. No apology, nothing. Just extremely RUDE. And then they cancel the order after more than 2 hours of just waiting. Horrible customer service. The worst part being they said the delivery guy sweared to them he delivered it, not a knock or a single call. The most ridiculous sham ever, and then they cancelled it on their own. WOW. Do not recommend this...
