Hello everyone. This store isn't Friendly at ALL !!! I will explain why.. I came into this store date of 8/18/18. It was about 8:10. I came in and explained to the man that was at the cash register that I wanted a BIG GLUP SODA and PIZZA which is $3.00. When he asked what slices I went to the outlay where the pizza is displayed. I realized when the employee was pulling the pizza apart it was very stale. I told the employee that it looked dry and stale, and asked politely can he make a new Pep Pizza for me. He Barked back at me that NO he wasn't going to make a new one unless the 3 old slices was gone. I then asked SIR, how long have these been sitting? He commented over 40 mins, so that means is been their longer then an HOUR! So I said no sir I wouldn't like those slices the have been sitting, can u please make a new pie to place out? He kept barking at me saying NO not until he sold the last 3, I explained to him that I go inside 7-eleven everyday. An most of the time if something that they are heating and selling is dry ( food ) they always put out and or make new of whatever I am purchasing. The next thing I know this employee which has no nametag at all, says he doesn't care if its dry!!! I asked him, would u eat that? He doesn't reply. At this point I am standing in the store over 10 minutes asking this employee with no name tag to please make a new pie. It got me highly upset when He did not care, when this is not a item that is covered or in its own plastic. He kept mumbling he didn't care, and started taking other people that walked into the store before me. One nice other customer gentlemen had to tell him, She is right!!!! You wouldn't eat that, You should make her new pizza especially if she has been standing here waiting patiently. I asked this employee with no NAME TAG where is the manager several times. All he did was stand their mimic me and act like he didn't care that he was about to shove off OLD pizza that was sitting for hours!!!. Why didn't this man have a name tag so someone can formally write an review. An why does a whole different customer have to come in and tell him how to do his job? I am outraged at the time I spent In that store this evening for 3 items. I let the employee know that I WILL be coming back FRIDAY to formally complain to the manager !!!!! You should never sell anybody finger food that's been sitting longer then an hour, customers should have every right to want fresh food, this could make someone sick, and u guys have an employee in their letting people know he does not care ? #OUTRAGED !!!! I hope the manager and customer service manager see's this review and if not I will be formally complaining because this ridiculous. Read moreJust dropped in for my iced coffee. I noticed there was no cinnamon to sprinkle in. I told Jay, the manager. He searched the store through and through and when he couldn't find a canister of cinnamon, he darted out and in a flash was back with one he had purchased in a neighboring store. I notice when I entered the store she was yelling at a construction guy who cannot speak English. When I get there she was in the same tune. Then he use abusive language in hindi that I understand.
