So pleased with the quality of this gelato in both consistency and flavor. Mostly simple/straight-forward flavors, so they can be done really well- true to life, bright, and rich without tasting too sweet. Best gelato I’ve had in NYC, among the best I’ve had in Italy too. They have a very precise, specific method (shape) of serving the product, so expect to watch them scoop your serving for a couple of minutes.
