Traveling the world in search of the best coffee has brought me to many places. From the mountains of Ethiopia to the streets of Brooklyn, the craving for the perfect cup is real. I love coffee—it’s crazy.

And then, there I was, lost in the rhythm of Brooklyn, stepping into a small coffee shop that felt like home. The scent of fresh beans filled the air, stacks of Greek blue cups stood tall, and behind the counter, a barista with energy as bold as the espresso he brews.

I ordered a latte—because for me, everything is a latte. But this one? This one was different. The first sip hit like a revelation. The balance, the acidity, the nutty undertones—it was perfection. The best coffee I had ever tasted.

I looked at him, feeling this unexpected sense of pride. “This is incredible,” I said. He grinned, flexing like a champion. He and his wife do everything here. It’s their shop, their craft, their passion. They roast their own beans, experiment with flavors, and that latte? That recipe? That’s her secret.

The Coquito Latte is hands down my favorite item on their menu & the most amazing coffee concoction I have ever tried in my entire life!! 🤍😇 I seriously couldn’t highly recommend them enough!! 12/10 experience as they have the friendliest and most welcoming vibe from everything to the setup & design of their rad shop all the way to the owners themselves. 😉 You can ALWAYS tell when a business is operated by the person or people who stands behind their brand/product! 🥰 🙌🏼 This is a PERFECT example of that!
