This review is directed to the e-commerce side of the house. Enclosed attached screenshots include communication between myself and Best Sicily.
I ordered several Italian food products online around April 25th. Received the products around May 5th and noticed a bottle of pesto was missing. Sent two emails and made two calls to Best Sicily to follow up on next steps. Finally received an email response from e-commerce department and their response is that the product is not in stock and will issue a refund.
I emphasized this is not good business practice and Best Sicily should have informed the customer the item is not in stock prior to shipping out the package, and adjust the price accordingly.
Based on my experience with Best Sicily’s e-commerce side, I would not recommend potential customers to purchase food products from their online site. It has been over 20 days since the initial email communication and I have not received the...

It’s a cute spot a Sicilian deli/cafe filled with Sicilian products, sandwiches, coffee, pizza and desserts. The food was so delicious, you could tell it was homemade by the Sicilians working there. The ingredients were super fresh and the girl behind the counter gave us biscotti as a thank you for coming in. Really a hidden gem and a must try if you are in the Financial district. We will...
