Allow me to paint a picture of the enchanting coffee experience I had at Black Fox Coffee, nestled on 550 Madison Avenue. Prepare yourself for a delightful journey through the realm of flavors, aroma, and passion for the perfect cup of coffee.

From the moment I entered Black Fox, I knew I had stepped into a coffee lover's paradise. The ambiance was a perfect blend of cozy and modern, with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a soothing atmosphere that invited relaxation and contemplation. It was clear that this place was dedicated to the art and craft of coffee.

Now, let's talk about their coffee selection. Oh, my taste buds were in for a treat! Black Fox boasts the best coffee selection day-to-day of any shop in the city, and boy, do they deliver. Their devotion to curating a diverse range of coffees from esteemed roasters around the world was evident in every sip. Each visit was an opportunity to embark on a new coffee journey, discovering the nuances and complexities of flavors that showcased the distinct characteristics of different origins.

Whether you're a fan of fruity and bright Ethiopian beans, the smooth and chocolaty notes of South American blends, or the earthy richness of Indonesian coffees, Black Fox had something to captivate your senses. Their dedication to sourcing exceptional coffees was evident in every cup, as each sip transported me to a world of unparalleled taste and aromatic bliss.

But it's not just the quality of the coffee that sets Black Fox apart; it's the attention to detail and craftsmanship that elevates the experience. The baristas at Black Fox are true coffee artisans, meticulously preparing each cup with precision and passion. Their expertise was evident in the flawless latte art that adorned my cappuccino, turning each cup into a mini masterpiece. Watching them work was like witnessing a symphony of coffee, where every step was executed with grace and finesse.

What impressed me even further was the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were more than happy to guide me through the menu, recommend blends based on my preferences, and engage in conversations about the world of coffee. Their genuine enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring that every customer had a memorable experience were truly commendable.

Beyond the exceptional coffee, Black Fox also offered a delightful selection of pastries and treats that perfectly complemented the brews. From flaky croissants to indulgent cookies, each bite was a heavenly accompaniment to the rich and aromatic elixir in my cup. The attention to quality extended to their food offerings, making it a perfect spot for a light breakfast or a midday pick-me-up.

In conclusion, Black Fox Coffee is a haven for coffee aficionados and anyone seeking an extraordinary coffee experience. With its unparalleled coffee selection sourced from esteemed roasters around the world, the dedication of their baristas, and the warm and inviting atmosphere, it's a destination that will undoubtedly leave you with a caffeinated smile and a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee. Whether you're a seasoned coffee connoisseur or a curious enthusiast, a visit to Black Fox is an absolute must. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you for the exquisite journey they're about...

This is my second visited at Black Fox Coffee. They have several locations in Manhattan, but this one feels the most special to me.

It’s tucked between two tall buildings, where sunlight comes down through a glass ceiling and gently spreads across the whole garden. The store design doesn’t use sharp corners. Instead, it follows the garden’s soft curves in a smooth, flowing line.

The tables and chairs are also placed along the building edges or around plants. The tabletops aren’t made from one solid piece of wood, but rather from narrow wooden slats put together. I guess it’s to prevent cracking or warping from outdoor weather.

There’s also a small waterfall in the park, made of tall triangular marble columns. The water flows slowly, sticking close to the stone surface as it moves down. It doesn’t make much sound, so even if you sit nearby, it’s very quiet. Sometimes little sparrows stop by to drink from it. It feels peaceful, like the water has always been there.

I ordered a iced Honey Blossom Latte 16oz from the Signature menu. With tax, it came to $9.80.

I usually ask the baristas about the beans they use, and honestly, 99.9% of them are happy to share. This time, the beans were called [All Day], mainly used in their lattes. The flavor notes were: Nectarine + Brown Sugar + Smooth. I enjoyed the moment when I was sharing my coffee adventure in NYC with their baristas.

It’s a washed coffee from Tolima, Colombia. The first sip gives you a light fruit acidity. I’m not experienced enough to tell exactly what fruit it is without reading the label, but it feels clean and fresh. Then comes the sweetness, a mix of brown sugar and floral honey. It’s soft, balanced, and really enjoyable.

Oh, and one last thing. The restroom here is huge and super clean, which makes it a great spot to stay...

What just caught my eye was the unisex bathroom. Presumably, this is said to only apply to a privileged few defenders. When people come in, they look people up and down, like they change their facial expressions to express dislike, and if a person uses the facility, it's like they've coming to their own home and it's personal to them.(I'm referring specifically to the cleaning lady that was there on Sunday at 6:00 p.m.) This was the obvious conclusion I came to when I went to the bathroom around 6:00 PM on Sunday. individuals who work there. She yelled multiple times. Telling a coworker about her personal problems. I used the bathroom and I believe it was a Saturday and she was discussing a lot of her personal issues. So I chose to listen to music on my phone while going to the toilet(SUNDAY). I didn't know she was angry last SATURDAY. I never introduced Myself to herself. Clearly, she came to the wrong conclusion. this is her This is her bias. SHE Talked to security, my phone settings were too high(SUNDAY). The problem was there was no one else in the bathroom but her. TO Make such announcements. No one was in the facility except me. The music was not over the top and less than 5 minutes after I got in, 2 minutes. SECURITY burst in like a NYPD cop and knocked on. My door (AS I AM IN SIDE SITING ON THE TOILET). And I had to worry that I was going to be physically attacked by him. One suggestion is that if the maintenance staff stares at people when they go to the bathroom, You can spend better time in the real world instead of arguing with your significant other on the phone. Obviously I wasn't complaining about this as I could hear every word she said and she was very loud when I used the facilities...
