The moment I stepped inside, I was met by the enveloping scent of freshly roasted coffee—rich, nutty, and faintly caramelized—mingling with the soft aroma of baked pastry. Sunlight streamed through the front windows, catching the pale wood counters and polished brass details in a way that made the entire room glow. I ordered a flat white and a plain croissant—two simple choices that, in the right hands, say everything. The flat white was beautifully crafted, smooth and balanced, with espresso that carried depth without bitterness and milk textured to the perfect satin finish. The croissant, delicate and buttery, offered that quiet satisfaction of a pastry done right—flaky layers giving way to a tender crumb.

What truly stood out, though, was the warmth of the people behind the counter. Sergiu and Irini welcomed me with genuine kindness, introducing the café’s story and making the space feel less like a stop and more like a small community. I stumbled upon the Blue Dove Coffee cart a few weeks ago on my way into the office, and I asked a colleague if she wanted to take a coffee break and check it out. The owner, Amadeo, is so friendly, fun to speak with, and the coffee really is very good. It's not bitter or ashy, there's no lingering after taste. And the fresh pastries are big, beautiful, and delicious... almost too beautiful to eat! (Almost) I have sent friends and colleagues to see Amadeo and purchase from his cart and I have loved getting messages from them thanking me for the recommendation. I highly recommend Blue Dove Coffee if you're in the need for some caffeine...

Would not recommend. I ordered a bag of coffee two months ago, and I still haven’t received it. Good luck getting in touch with someone. I’ve called and emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Finally, a month ago got in touch with someone from their Instagram account which they have been stringing me along about send out my coffee. They said the coffee shipped and I would receive it middle of last week. I still haven’t received my coffee. This has turned out to be a nightmare. At this point, I think getting a refund would be the best option, but I don’t have high hopes on getting...
