As a person of color the service was trash and it seemed because I was of color and not Hispanic they gave me an attitude. The thinner gentleman put my food on the plate was the nicest. He gave me a receipt so I can pay. I went to the cashier.She paid me no mind and placed the receipt down and said sign. She took the person after me and I asked for my receipt. She ROLLED HER EYES and said you no ask for that. But she gave me 2 papers I thought one was mine she took both. I went back got my food and sat to eat.

While this was happening my friend was trying to get her food and was next in line. The lady skipped her took the 3 guys behind her and the other servers also ignored her until she started speaking Spanish. ( You can't tell but she is black AND Honduran. THEN THEY RESPONDED AND APOLOGIZED. smh

When done eating I asked the manager, ( chubby older guy), for a tissue . Instead of handing me the tissue he says oh did they not give you one. I said sir I got a to go tissue. He said oh well you should have taken it to go! ( While annoyed at his response I still responded nicely) I said so can I get a tissue or are you out? He gave it to me I wrapped up my food to leave. I came on here and edited the 5 stars I gave from 2 years ago. Clearly things have changed.

I always order from this restaurant for my co-workers and I and we spend great money and not everytime the food is great and they always take 2hrs or more to deliver after being told it’s 45mins they always forget it stuff and the last was a dead fly in my food so I called them to let them know the lady didn’t speak no English they kept switching the another person who didn’t speak English I repeated myself like 5times all I wanted was knew batch of sweet bananas I didn’t want a refund the lady told me no I will get a refund I said fine when I call to make an order the man was beyond rude and said we don’t deliver there no more I asked why he said we just don’t I said well what’s the reason there’s no reason we just don’t that’s what it says in the system I said okay I get that but can I have an explanation on why he said i don’t know I said there’s no notes in the system why you won’t take my order he didn’t say anything I said is it because it was a dead fly in my food last time and I wouldn’t eat the food that had a dead fly in it but thank you and he hung up ….we always give 15-20 dollar tips even when they mess up on our orders or give us old reheated left overs or even when part of our order is missing …as a customer over all I will never walk in there to get food or eat...
