The ice creams at this establishment are fine. However the ice cream server is a piece of work. He doesn’t talk to the customer and acts like this is the last place that he wants to be. I requested to taste two flavors and he took the spoon and dished out the ice cream in complete disgust. I chose my flavor and he scooped it out and basically threw the bowl towards the cashier. I tried to ask for chocolate chips and the cashier asked him to get them. He appeared angry and placed my bowl into a larger bowl and began to scoop out too many chips. I requested just a little bit of chips before he overloaded my ice cream. I could maybe understand this guy’s actions if I was belligerent or rude. But I wasn’t. I was just a customer wanting a small bowl of ice cream. If I was the owner of this establishment I would fire this guy in a heartbeat. He has no business serving customers. If you want ice cream in Times Square there are plenty of other ice cream...

The picture that I have added isn’t the best they have to offer, but their swirl was so good that I couldn’t wait to click a picture of it and instead captured this. Everything they offer is totally worth it!

Only thing is there’s people outside always smoking weed so if you have something against that or don’t like the smell you might not find that area exactly friendly
