Costco Food Court — Restaurant in New York

It's sad to say this because I love Costco in SOME WAYS. For the record, I hate that they destroy small market businesses and I believe that like in MLB (baseball) there should be a luxury tax on these businesses that help promote small businesses... but that's a topic for another day.

This Costco is a huge mess. Parking is a mess, the store is a mess, it was poorly planned for this location and if you want to spare headaches, do yourself a favor and go to the in Manhattan on 116. Worst that can happen at the Manhattan is that you get stuck with the really unfriendly cashier (anyone who has been there multiple times knows who I am speaking about-- yes there is only 1 and I am not sure why she is still there, as it seems she is unhappy with her job, but has been there for years) Anyway, COSTCO IN BROOKLYN IS A NIGHTMARE,...

I ordered. Waited like everyone else. They hand me my pizza and took my receipt. When I told them I have other items that they didn't give me, they told me to step back and wait and then helped several other people first, then came back to me. I love Costco, that's the only reason why there are 2 stars. But I hate the people that work here. Most, if not all, the people are rude and nasty. They talking to you lie you had murdered their family. A party of me understand, though, that they have to deal with the equally rude and inconsiderate customers that come here. They stop short and suddenly, and leave carts in the middle of aisle, blocking all traffic in an already busy Costco. They rush and speed their carts, almost hitting my son, in a crowded Costco. No one ever...

Let's face it. You're not coming here for atmosphere, but they do have good AC, so it's a nice spot to cool off...if you can get a seat. The food is typical of any Costco, really gross pizza that is huge and cheap. They no longer give you two hotdogs...it's only one with your drink. Also, the nasty churros have been replaced with nasty chocolate chip cookies that hardly have any chips in them. And there is no more strawberry ice cream... only vanilla and chocolate. But they still make a sundae with strawberry sauce. The place is often so busy it can take 15 minutes or more to get your order, no matter how big or small. If you need a quick and easy and cheap meal, this is ok...if you are already there. I would never make a special...
