Crown Fried Chicken & Pizza (Halal) — Restaurant in New York

I came here yesterday in the evening to get some fried chicken and french fries. This was my first time visiting this place and I was a little confused to choose the correct combo. There was an elderly man who helped me a lot according to my appetite. He's very jolly and helpful and always with a smile and works pretty fast compared to his age. This is really appreciated. He even asked me if I'd like some hot sauce on the side and I agreed. The small store is very neat and clean and is particularly a good choice if someone wants to sit there and eat quietly, provided by basins and napkins to assist in washing hands.

Speaking of the food, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious being crispy outside and tender inside. French fries are my love and they were perfect in taste. Love this place because the food is great and cheap. I usually have chicken over rice and a soda. The chicken is tandory chicken, so it's better than the halal cart guys. They also have pizza, burgers, ice cream and sweets. The place is really halal and always clean. There is an area to wash your hand prior to eating. They only take cash, but they have an ATM that you can use your bank card. These guys stay open really late, like 11:30 pm. They are Fair and even give discounts to older people that have difficulty paying. The place is clean and well lit. Parking doesn't exist so you've been warned about parking in front of the store, it's a bus lane. People usually park at the C-town parking lot across the street , And simply walk there. They also cater also. You tell them what you want , pay for it, and you can pick up your order later. Simply the best fast food halal spot around this...

I absolutely agree with like half of the people here in the ratings. This place used to be very nice however in the recent days, it's just gotten very horrible. The service is actually fast, but the people who work here give you a very ugly attitude. They seem nice but only to "their" people, with no offense. There's actually a new guy there, and it sort of seems he has "hearing" problems. I have asked twice for a certain order and he has done a bad job even though I said what I wanted, the guy at the counter said it as well, and when I tell him about it, he says he heard otherwise and the rest seem to believe him and brush it off. The amount of food you get is a scam, the floors and tables are sometimes a mess, and random people from the streets are somehow allowed to always ask for money and watch you eat.
