I found the caramel pecan bar ($4.90) to not have enhanced pecan flavor. They could have sweetened them before they were added to the caramel pecan bar. Sweetened pecans sold in nut stores are an example of what could have been added. The large slice of carrot cake, as a whole, was pleasing, but came with a few negatives. The cake was dry, with the filling between layers and the topping adding most of the moisture and sweetness to it. I recognized little carrot flavor. Their crumb cake ($4.90) was mentioned in a recent on line sight. I was disappointed because the flavor of it was mild rather than strong (sweeter). I liked the sweeter, more flavorful crumb cake at Zabar's corner coffee shop, costing less (not my determining factor for the three star rating), which is on Broadway. I had their potato mushroom boureka ($5.75) which was bland, virtually tasteless. All items mention in this review are pictured below except for...

Crumbly on the Upper East Side is an absolute gem! Their coffee is nothing short of amazing—perfectly brewed and bursting with flavor. It's a haven for vegans, offering a wide array of delicious, plant-based treats that never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the people here are genuinely incredible. Andre, in particular, is an absolute star—his kindness and attention to detail truly make every visit special.

Ever since discovering Crumbly, it’s been the go-to spot in the neighborhood. They take seasonal delights to the next level, with mouthwatering treats and stunning decorations that capture the essence of every occasion. Whether you're stopping by for your morning coffee or indulging in a sweet treat, Crumbly feels like home, and it’s an experience that keeps you coming back for more!

Thank you! -...

I never leave reviews but I really wanted to share because I’ve never ordered a custom cake like this before so I was super nervous but everyone at Crumbly was SOOO nice and responsive and made me the most beautiful perfect cake I could’ve ever imagined!!! I had a photo reference of a similar cake but wanted the shape to be different and they did AMAZING!! Look at these photos!! The color of the cake could not have been more perfect like every single color was down to the perfect shade!! You could tell they really love what they do and it took the time to create this cake with care and love and didn’t see it as a quick job!! I am so so so thankful for everyone working at crumbly and I will be ordering many many more!! Thank you thank you thank you!! Also not only was the cake beautiful it was DELICIOUS :D so win win win all...

I love chocolate, peanut butter, cookies! When I saw they were offered, I knew there was only one choice. It looked like all of their cookies were in a heater, which got me excited. Unfortunately, I think the heater backfired because it made the cookie a bit dry. Not sure if that trade-off is worth it? A warm dry cookie or a moist cookie? I plan on going back to try another cookie. They also had pies and cakes, which looked pretty good. I want to give them another chance because I do believe this place knows their baked goods. Edit: got the crumb cake and it was delicious. Perfect contrast of textures with the spongy cake and dense crumb layer with powdered sugar on top.
