Not very considerate sales attendant and manager. I bought 4 jackets and found out that the sizes were too long for me. I asked the manager if I could exchange even just one so I could use it the following day because it’s my birthday and I have a dinner date with friends. I know it is their policy for no returns, but hey, I’m just ecxchanging it with a smaller size. I just need it badly for the following day. I was declined. I’ve been buying merchandise from their stores at 77 st.(closed) and 23rd st and now at 90th st because I’m close by. Knocked on the side door and was ignored aside from some self important customer screaming I had to go around. So I walked through a crowded store with the chair, set it down, and was asked but one question: “did you text a picture to our manager?” No, no I did not. “Oh well, we don’t do things like that.” No other words, just had to turn around and leave. Not to mention they were all just rude and seemed pretty disinterested in doing anything aside from standing around. Dude had a pile of donations he’d only begun to pretend to sift through when I walked up. Take your donations and business elsewhere, housing...
