CupsNCakes Cafe — Restaurant in New York

Stopped in to grab a coffee n a cake. The cake shelf was mostly empty with carrot cake n chocolate cake on the same platter as for someone who can't have chocolate, having the carrots cake is differently a no no. What remaining slices of cake that were left looked dry... cheesecake looked good but the skices were so small fir the price. Place looks inviting from the outside but when I stepped in the place I was not welcomed with any type of greeting as the guy looked annoyed I stepped in the place n pulled him away from his laptop as the other CM was unfriendly n went right to a stool n went on her phone. Not even a thank you that I paid close to $7 for a cappuccino that was horrible, burnt tasting as they took regular grade coffee not espresso coffee n just stemed the milk, thsts nit a cappuccino. I asked for sugar n cinnamon, and i got none. As a new place you would have thought the service would have been inviting. I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and warm lighting made me feel right at home. The baristas were super friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. I ordered a cappuccino and it was hands-down one of the best I've ever had—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.
