A Stellar Experience at Domino's Pizza Store! - I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Domino's Pizza store 9045 Corona Ave, Elmhurst, NY, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from the moment I walked through the door. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a vibrant energy that added to the overall dining experience. The ordering process was smooth and efficient. The staff member Tanjina was knowledgeable about the menu, and they patiently helped me navigate through the various options. They took the time to listen to my preferences and made helpful suggestions to ensure I got the perfect pizza. Once my order was placed, I had the opportunity to witness the dedicated team in action. The kitchen area was visible, allowing customers like me to see the hardworking staff diligently preparing the pizzas. The wait time for my pizza was minimal, The staff promptly served my pizza, and I was thrilled to see the perfect blend of cheese, sauce, and toppings, all beautifully presented on a crispy and golden crust. The flavors were incredibly delicious and well-balanced. The crust had a delightful crunch on the outside yet remained soft and chewy on the inside. It was an absolute delight for my taste buds. Throughout my visit, the staff consistently provided exceptional customer service. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their work were evident, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the store were also worth mentioning. I have decided to share my bad experience with this store. it might help you to avoid ordering from this store and do not feel cheated like me.
I have decided to order pizza and I choose to go this store for carry out order. I went there and order 2 large pizza. Cashier take my credit card and charged money. then I was waiting for my order to ready. I was looking store interior and I found one policy "If you do not get receipt for your order, your pizza will be free".
After my order is ready.. They gave me pizza.. I was checking my order and found that there is no receipt. I complained the person. I told him here it was written "if you will not get receipt, order will be free." he Is just ignoring me.. he went inside and use some different printer to print receipt and gave it to me.. and just went back. I asked him and he did not reply. even cashier did not reply. they are just ignoring me. So, I feel insulted and decided to complain online.
I complained on domino's web site and I got feedback. your complain will be handled by local Elmhurst team. Domino's Customer CASE ID: 1942236. and he gave me some name of Faruk Shek. but I did not receive any communication from him, after 20 days.
So, I think entire domino group is not taking care about their customer. So do not believe what they promise.

I made an order for delivery for a family member over the phone. I was given the total and asked for my credit information. Upon giving my credit card info, the cashier told me he did not charge for the to-go delivery. I gave him my card number a 2nd time and was told to hold. When the cashier came back on the line he asked for the card number a 3rd time, in which I declined to give him the card number. When confronted about why the card number was needed a 3rd time, he claim the system was having issues. I told him I didn't feel comfortable in giving out my card number again and he hung up on me. I called the store multiple times in which I kept getting hung up on. I spoke to a manager who told me to check my account to see if it was charge to my account ( in which it was) because they could not find the order and call back if it was. When I called to speak to the manager again, an assistant told me he could not come to the phone because they were busy. I told the assistant manager I had recorded all the conversations and was going to report it to the corporate office and that's when he started to act really polite and offered to fix the problem. They are the worst!!!! Please, please be careful...
