Everyone giving this DD's anything less than 4 stars is a whiny, spoiled little brat! Did you even THINK about why you might have had to wait that ONE particular time? OR are you upset that there was a BIG LINE and you had to wait? Why is their a big line? Because they're THAT GOOD! They're in demaand and most people who buy there are from the hood. Let me tell you about this DD's. All the people working at this Dunkin Donuts do their jobs efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible! They do a hard job and They deal with the wide spectrum of the public, including PUNKS who come in and STEAL THEIR TIP JAR! coming in with all sorts of attitudes, bad days, perceptions and moods. and they STILL give you your stuff, looking right at you, listening to you, and even with a smlle. And when you yell at a DD employee? You're DISRESPECTFUL. Simple as that and no I DO NOT WORK THERE. Other reviews pointing out that they had to wait five minute.. Hey! They were under-staffed that day and the ONE person working, maybe, was in the bathroom, ok? So WHAT? Who cares about your wait that was caused by something more important than serving you instantly! Have you been in that DD's more than ONCE? Me? I've been buying coffee there for almost TWO DECADES! I've never a bad experience, NEVER got sick from their "fast food", and they clean, clean and clean again, picking up after the SLOBS that disrespect the place, with not cleaning up after themselves like the BRATS from the local schools do. I have been a regular customer of this store for many years, and I have always been impressed with the manager's professionalism, customer service skills, and dedication to providing a positive experience for all guests.
The manager Lipi is always friendly and welcoming. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy with their order. For example, one time I ordered a coffee and a bagel, but I forgot to ask for cream and sugar. The manager immediately offered to bring me some, and she even made sure that the bagel was toasted to perfection.
Lipi is also very efficient and organized. She makes sure that the store is clean and well-stocked, and she is always on top of the latest promotions and specials. She is also a great team leader, and she creates a positive and supportive work environment for her employees.

Read moreOn weekdays this location is doing a good job. Good, but not great. And today, a Sunday, there were only 2 employees... whom I had never seen before. Including a man who literally looked as if he'd never worked a day in a dunkin donuts in his life. He was struggling with the customer ahead of me and when it was my turn to order my Iced Caramel Macchiato, he looked completely lost looking for it on the register screen. The other employee had to come and save him. Then when I asked if he knew how to make my drink, he looked perplexed not understanding my language...which is English. He didn't seem to know English. I then told them nevermind, nevermind that I would go to another dunkin. Because I didnt want to deal with this nonsense. Funny thing is, I've now decided to go to Starbucks instead.
