Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I have been coming to this location for quite sometime but it seems that after visiting it a couple of times recently....it hasn't changed much. The place isn't so big and has limited seating and a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream towards the rear. Its usually busy during morning rush hour making it not possible to eat-in due to lack of table availability but things tend to die down later as the afternoon approaches but even if you get a table chances are its filthy or filled with the last customer's crumbs and garbage, this almost never fails. You also may encounter the frequent panhandlers either at their entrances or coming inside bothering people as they eat. Don't expect Customer restrooms or Parking here as they are none. Staff are usually straight forward in taking your order and I've had no serious issues with the food here. They are also open 24 hours but after 10 p.m. you will have to order from outside through a Order window. This place is ok at most and can use a little more...

They refused to service my order of 2 fried eggs for my 4yr old. At first they said "Dunkin does not do that" and when I assured the staff many other Dunkens have, they accused me of not wanting to pay for a full sandwich. I came back later in the day showing them a purchase receipt from another Dunkin where they were happy to service the order. Unfortunately this Dunkin still refused and 3 employees were quick to rally at the register almost yelling about how every Dunkin is different and their Dunkin does not have a register code to sell fried eggs alone. They all insisted it's the owners fault for not allowing them to sell the eggs that way. I love dunkin donuts, the one by 3rd ave and 156 and the one by boston market here in the bronx are my favorite, funny thing is that the simpson one has more customers. Sad thing is that i dont know how, personally they need either new equipmemt or staff because i bought my favorite breakfest sandwich, big and toasted. The bred was not toasted huge issue. Now the coffe, why did my coffe taste rotten, frozen coffe is what i ordered and after i took a sip i threw it out. It was terrible, its not the first time its happen either.
