Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

2020: The least attentive staff ever. I pre-ordered my drink at 10:01 and went there to find a line (arrived at 10:11) and to see my preorder receipt sitting on the printer. I asked them whats up and they were like soon, another 10 min later and a host of people coming in and out of the dunkin and leaving with their food, I still don't have my small iced coffee (albeit this drink takes all of 2-3 min to make). On top of that, this is not the first time I've had issues with them. I pre-ordered before and they were supposed to be opened and I get there to find that they're closed, I tried to reach out to reclaim my drink and to no ones surprise nothing. At the least if you're going to close earlier than your hours, can you please let HQ or the app know that you are unavailable to accept orders.

2023 updated from 1 star to 3 stars: Improvements have been made and the drink orders have been very timely, especially when I order online. I've had mostly pleasant interactions with the workers there and everyone has been accommodating in my experiences this year! Only criticism is store cleanliness, sometimes I want to sit down and sip my coffee for a few minutes but I get germaphobed from seeing napkins all over the place or spilled coffee. Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' DonutsI recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The place was incredibly dirty—tables were sticky, the floor was a mess, and it seemed like the whole place hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I ordered a bagel, it came out tasting strange, almost like it had been toasted in a dirty toaster. The off-putting taste made it inedible.To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. They seemed disinterested in providing any level of customer service, and their accents were so thick that it was difficult to understand them, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, this was a terrible visit, and I won't be coming back. I would advise others to avoid this...

I went to get a latte I thought that's what it was until I was walking outside and tasted skim milk only, I turned around told the young lady who made it and she told it was a latte, I stirred it in front of her and she still argued with me it was a latte even the cashier told her there wasn't any coffee but said it was supposed to be that way until a gentleman next to me told her there's no coffee in there.
