Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I've eaten here before and I have not had a problem. However, the one star that I am giving today is for the false advertisement of the store hours. I was at Kings Plaza last night (a Saturday) and wanted a coffee so bad before I left the mall. I went into Dunkin Donuts around 9:05 pm and walked to the counter. I asked the lady who was sweeping, is there someone working in the front at the register? She said no ma'am we are finished. We are closed. I said but I made sure to check the hours before I walked in and the hours on the door says that you close at 10 pm. She said no ma'am I'm sorry we are finished for the night. I left. Dunkin Donuts please don't post false hours. If you want to clean from 9-10 pm then the hours should read that you close at 9 pm. I use to work in Kings Plaza and was able to still be able to grab a bite to each from certain places because they remained open after the stores closed. But if that is not the case with Dunkin Donuts then don't post those hours. Kings Plaza closes at 7 pm today on Sunday. I bet if I go there today the lady would be closing the doors at 6 pm. But the door say 10 pm for the whole...

Yea so the person who takes orders here, elder person doesn’t really knows how to behave with the customers. It’s not the first time. I came here before as well and he took the wrong order. I told him I want ice coffee with cream, and he added no cream, plus he added a flavor I didn’t asked for. I ignored it and did not complain. I came here again today- and as I sit outside the Dunkin’s donuts I write this- he is very rude, I asked him for one hot cappuccino and one cold/ice signature latte. When they gave me both of the hot coffee I told them respectfully that I asked for one hot cappuccino and one ice latte. And he was like “you did not said that”. Me and my sister we were both sure I said the write order. I again respectfully said “I said that” and he literally shouted “ you did not, give one more dollar, learn to speak English” next time you give order properly”. Firstly he didn’t had to be soo rude. Secondly he said things which he shouldn’t say- his job was only to ask for more money and give me what I asked for. it was and elderly man, person of color. I don’t know his name that’s why I’m describing him only...

I am a regular customer at this Dunkin . These people always have attitude but today they were horrendous. They know I’m only able to have non dairy milk in my coffee , I order my regular coffee as usual and I always emphasize oat milk , I pay , get my coffee and I realize there’s regular milk in it . I tell the girl politely , at this point there’s a huge line and my break is almost over . She tells me I have to pay an extra 75 cent which is fine . But then she tells me to go all the way to the back of the line when I had just waited patiently online prior to that . She was extremely Rude and very nasty . Out of courtesy and good customer service she should’ve excused her mistake and made me another coffee . I’m not able to have regular milk due to me being lactose intolerant. She lost a regular customer and I will be telling everyone else who goes there regular to not go...
