ZERO STARS, the parking area for this location is LOCKED at night with not signage saying that the gates are locked before 9PM. I stopped to go to Artion Bakery but it was closed, instead I ran next door for a few items. Signage said "30 Min Parking, Vehicle will be Towed". No problem, I would be in and out. Returned in 15-20 minutes and gate was LOCKED. Manager closing up building was practically laughing, saying "this happens all the time". Yeah, please tell me why it happens when YOU DON'T HAVE A SIGN SAYING YOU LOCK IT. Manager did not offer to call or to get a key, left through a door in the gate and closed it in my face rather than letting me get into my car to retrieve my computer. Had to hop the fence just to get them out. Called the office number on the wall and owner said "Not really" is a key in the area, he lives in Long Island. If there was a fire, you are telling me that you don't have a key onsite to let in police/fire/ambulance? Please.

It is a lump of concrete which should be just a smooth flat surface available like the handicapped accessible pathway I easily navigate at the 45th Street Ditmars Boulevard...
