Brooklyn vibes with a lot of antiques and cat decors.
Found this spot while hunting for a café with outdoor seating. Just three tiny tables outside, and I managed to snag the last one. Even though it’s right off one of Brooklyn’s busiest streets, it felt surprisingly calm.
Drinks were okay overall. The Orange Blossom Chai Latte leaned more “chai” than “orange blossom”. Peppery and spiced, but with only a whisper of citrus. More like a lighter chai with less milk than anything distinctive. The cold brew, on the other hand, was solid.

Read moreThanks for the iced matcha in a hot coffee cup…
Any iced drink is supposed to be more expensive because it’s in a bigger cup, uses more/expensive materials (plastic), and comes with more product.
Instead, Flower Cat, ran out of plastic cups for iced drinks on a Saturday at noon AND they charged the full price for less drink. No apologies, no discount offering to charge slightly less, just less for the same money.
To top it off, the person behind the counter acted like serving customers was some kind of burden. Only one other customer was in the whole place! And they ran out of the strawberry matcha.
