Do not give them your money. I signed up years ago for a free account. Several months ago they switched my account to one with a 12/m free. When i called them to get my money back, they would only refund 3 out of 4 months of fees. I had to sign up for paperless billing to get rid of the fee moving forward. I tried signing up twice and it errored both times so i went in to cancel my account and i found out that they took another $12 out since my account renewed yesterday. Total bs. The lady on the phone was unapologetic, and blamed it on me saying that i should have canceled a day earlier. I hope these con artists enjoy my $24 dollars. Don't ever give them your money. At the branch where cancelled my account and they told me i was lucky to get back 3 months, they would have only given 1 month. Go elsewhere. These ppl are thieves and scammers. They switched my account without a signature from me and charged me against my will, and blamed me. ...
Read moreSince they’ve moved from Havemeyer Street to Broadway their customer service is horrible wait, even waiting on line is horrible. ATM machine IS definitely NOT secure don’t want to mention on here but BEWARE of the scams that go through their ATM machine at this location. I can’t speak for other locations. Their services were much better in my opinion at Havemeyer. Their suppose upgrade in services Vision Plus and suppose bank experience is by far horrible. With all these stupid changes they’ve done and it’s NOT to better the experience because it’s terrible. Their Dime App was better, their Old location was better, the lines inside were better, the parking was better. Overall, everything used to be better-Period. Why fix something that was...

There are no fees associated with my account. To me, the most important thing is that my money is working for me. Dime's money market account is at 1.10% which is by far the highest I've seen around. My local bank is offering 0.15% ... My goal is to save money, so it does not bother me that I can't withdraw money from an ATM, but I am pretty sure the account comes with 6 transactions per month. I've only called their customer service twice, and both times they were helpful. If you're looking to save money, and actually get a decent interest rate,...
