I stopped by this coffee shop on a Friday afternoon around 3 p.m. to chill and get some work done. The space isn’t huge, so tables fill up quickly, but I was lucky to snag one of the last open spots. If you’re planning to settle in with a laptop, I’d recommend coming earlier to secure a seat.
I ordered an iced mocha and absolutely loved it—the coffee quality was excellent and the sweetness perfectly balanced, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty picky. I’ve heard great things about their breakfast menu as well, so I’m looking forward to coming back to try it next time.
The only downside was the phone reception in the back of the shop. I use AT&T and had a very weak signal, which made tethering a hotspot difficult. They do have their own Wi-Fi, but I typically prefer using my own network.
Overall, it’s a cozy, chill spot with friendly baristas and a great atmosphere for working or relaxing. Highly recommended for both coffee lovers and...
Read moreI just love this place. The vibes are good! Truly the best breakfast burrito that I ever get the chance to have. It contains sweet plantains which is tasty as heck and the other dishes I’d recommend include both the savory and sweet waffles as well as the grilled cheese. Staff is also super cool. I’ve gotten some free drinks here and there just from hanging around when they’ve made extra. The backyard is cozy and beautiful, and the coffee is very good. One of my favorite cold brews for sure. I have come here for coffee dates, lunch hangs, or to sit with my computer and drink coffee and do work. There are several seats with outlets accessible. And there is WiFi although sometimes it doesn’t work for me and I use a hotspot. The big window out to Nostrand is cute and provides a lot of light and a good place to sit. They have a a great selection of non coffee beverages too which I appreciate. I like the music they play and it smells great in here too...
Read moreThe pictures don't do justice, you have to go in yourself to experience this place, I was so surprised to know this place was up the block to where I lived all this time. This is one of few places in this area that once you walk in it's like if you're in another area completely. The atmosphere changes between the plants by the door entrance to the painting in the wall and the most comfortable setting I've ever seen in a Brooklyn business. You can order your food or healthy drink and sit read a book from the small collection they have to maybe enjoying the place itself. It was my first time there and I 😍 it. Thanks 🙏 to my son, it's a little pricey but it's worth the trip here. Ya should check it out Definitely my favorite place to go...
