We tried out this place because of an advertised promotion on their website - Bottomless Brunch for 2 ppl $29, which includes 2 entrees and unlimited number of cocktails for 90 min. We reserved a table and specified that we are interested in this particular promotion. They confirmed our reservation in email. Firstly, despite having a reservation, we were seated in full sun in the middle of a hot day, because there was no place in the shade. We asked multiple times to be seated to another table when one becomes available, but every time the new guests were seated in the shade and we were stuck in the sun, eventually getting a headache after a while. Oh, there was no social distancing enforced either, the tables were way closer than 6 ft, and we were seated near a really loud group of 12 ppl. Secondly, when we tried to order, we found out that the promotion on their website is nonexistent, and we have the option to order 2 entrees and 2 cocktails for $39 instead. I have no idea why we didn't walk away at this point, I guess we were too hungry. Anyways. The cocktails were ok, but the food was average at best. The steak was greasy and hard to chew (they didn't ask how we would prefer it), the eggs benedict had no hollandaise sauce, and the fries were just sad - even McDonalds fries taste better. Finally, when we tried to pay, we discovered that everybody who pays with card will be charged an extra 4%. We didn't have cash and it would have been hard to do something about this after we finished our meals, so we were forced to pay an extra 4%. You can imagine that after all this we didn't leave a tip, which resulted in being confronted by the waiter when we tried to leave. When we explained what was bothering us and asked for the manager to sort things out in a better way than punishing her for things that weren't necessarily her fault, she just walked away angrily, saying that we should just keep the money than, she will not call the manager. In summary, we were able to eat and drink averagely ok stuff in this restaurant, but the overall experience...
Read moreFusion Peruvian Kitchen in Hell's Kitchen is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a remarkable dining experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.
The star of the show, of course, is the food. The fusion of Peruvian flavors and innovative culinary techniques is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a work of art, and the flavors are an explosion of delight for the taste buds. I had the pleasure of trying their ceviche, and it was a revelation. The freshness of the seafood combined with the zesty marinade was a burst of pure perfection.
The main course continued to amaze me. The presentation of the dishes is impeccable, and the taste matches the visual appeal. The seared ahi tuna with aji amarillo sauce was a personal favorite. The tuna was perfectly cooked, and the sauce added just the right amount of spice.
The dessert selection was equally impressive. I couldn't resist trying the tres leches cake, and it was the ideal sweet ending to a fantastic meal.
The chefs at Fusion Peruvian Kitchen truly excel at their craft. You can sense the passion and creativity in each dish. It's evident that they take great pride in what they do, and it shines through in every bite.

It's a culinary journey that will leave you with lasting memories and a desire to...
Read moreSo this place is a solid 2/10. We went in with a pulsd voucher and from the jump the service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our appetizer order then another 20 min for someone to come back and take our dinner order. We ordered the frozen margarita because it was included in the pulsd voucher and it was terrible. Extremely sugary and almost no tequila in it at all. The Heineken my husband ordered tasted stale. And it was not cold. What are the odds right? The female that was serving us clearly didn’t want to. It was a servers birthday the same night and there was clearly favoritism between her friends and people who came to celebrate her birthday. I’m all for a good time but the service of other guests shouldn’t have to pay for it. We ordered the hangar steak and the steak saltado both way over cooked. Super hard and salty. At this point we didn’t even bother to complain or say anything because if someone can’t notice the lack of service or their guest being unhappy then it’s just not worth it. We will never go back there. The food wasn’t worth it. The drinks weren’t worth it and the service definitely not worth it. So many other local bars and pubs that probably have better food. We asked for the check and the server decided what tip she wanted to add and tax and was hoping we just gave our card and then add tip again. Super sneaky and I...
