Fine And Dandy Shop — Local services in New York

Gentlemen. I cannot with these clumsy words say enough good things about these amazing shops. From the first time I discovered the OG Fine & Dandy, Matt and Enrique have been making me feel fully accessorized but also more confident. They’ve dispensed style advice, provided amazing shopping tips, and been THE FIRST place I visit whenever I feel my whole vibe’s been in a rut. Since the opening of the Fine & Dandy Throwback shop next door, these two doorways have become a stalwart fixture for me on the rare occasions I have time and ability to update (or reinforce) my style.

Hand to god, I can’t count the number of times I’ve worn something acquired from this duo of lovely gentlemen’s shops and received compliments — and inquiries as to their provenance.

But beyond their stock, these are two lovely, caring guys who will absolutely, unequivocally steer you right. I know this, because they’ve done it for me, time and time again. Even if! they did not have the bonafides they have, even if! this little shop hadn’t blossomed into two incredible “old New York”-feeling fixtures as it has, even if! they didn’t have such an amazing variety of items and accessories, even if! it were just a plain storefront staffed by disinterested hourly workers — the original shop would absolutely be a “must visit” shrine to dandyhood, gentlemanliness, and class, and its Throwback sibling store a “must visit” to modern and classic hypebeasts alike, BOTH shops bursting with thoughtfully-curated collections of things that are just gonna make you look and FEEL the best you can.

But once you factor in all the other positives? Well, then, boy howdy, have you got something special… and folks, this place is indeed something special.

When you walk into the store, it is as if you stepped back into time. The store is filled with unique treasures and custom suspenders and cuff links that you will not find anywhere else. The selection of ties is impeccable and is of the highest quality. Every time I turned around, I saw something I needed to buy.
