My experience here at this dealership with my sales rep Micheal Lykon has been absolutely horrible as iāve been fed lies. The deal took 3 weeks to complete as I placed half down payment on the car thinking things would get fixed during that time. I took 3 buses just to get to the dealership on 10/05/2024. The car hasn't even been test driven because itās in āserviceā. I came to sign the paperwork and when everything was done I had to wait an hour on the car. The promises I was told was the driver side headlight would be fixed and so would the air conditioning for the driver side. The car I purchased was a 2015 Infiniti Q50. Micheal promised that he would get a mechanic he knows at the service center to do it after 6pm any day of the week. Iām a very hard working man so I told him iāll make the time. I personally didnāt care too much about the air conditioning not working because itās getting cold out but more so the headlight because how does a car pass inspection with a blown headlight? They sold me a trade in car without even inspecting it and for that Iād say that is a bad sales rep who doesnāt love up to his promises and high expectations. Heās been dodging my calls and text as iāve been tedious about when to come in to get my repairs done to the car so I reached out to the sales manager Horhay (excuse my spelling). He told me on 10/18 as weeks have passed after no contact with micheal lykon that I can come to their service center any day of the week next week and that theyāll fix the headlight but anything else they are not responsible for. Understandable I suppose so I call today and now Horhay is dodging my calls. Iāve even called the service center and they are telling me their a jeep, dodge, ram, etc dealership and only service those cars. The person I spoke to who I wonāt disclose her name told me āwell ofcourse they said that, they just want the saleā. Which makes absolute sense but me not thinking that micheal had my back, I trusted him and iāve been hookwinked. Iām hoping this review will go to the higher ups as iāve even called Infiniti dealerships and iāve gotten a price quote of $1,000+ to replace my whole driver side headlight. Iām not one to give bad reviews, iām a very cool, chill, laid back and nonchalant guy but this one needed to be made as I feel baboozled. My recommendation to anyone buying from this location is to only buy the brand that they sell and make sure they do everything they said theyād do before purchasing the vehicle or even leaving a down payment. I being young and dumb when I made this erratic and impulsive purchase. I have no reason to lie or to write this lengthy review for 10 minutes if my expectations were met but Iād be happy to delete this review if my calls stop getting dodged and repairs are made on my car as I just want a resolution at the end of the day. If this review isnāt deleted then they are what they are and I would consider watching...

I bring my car in for service and I leave with damage to my rear bumper. After confronting the service rep, he states that it was brought in with the scratch. He points to his paperwork showing the VERY large scuff on the corner of my bumper. First off, I did not sign the documentation when I dropped it off. So I ask, why didn't I get a copy once I dropped it off? "Oh, we only give it if requested." So, I ask where is the camera footage, so we can put this to rest. Oh, we don't have any cameras. How convenient for Dodge, no cameras or paperwork given to the customer unless it's requested. See the attached photo of how close the park attendants get to the pillars. You will see all the scuff marks on the white pillar, they cannot tell me the scuffs are done by shopping carts or any other fantasy excuse. The service guy was beyond rude to say the least. At one point there was a service attendant leaving his desk, he turned to the lady next to him (who was really nice by the way) and says "Don't you have those days you want to punch someone in the face!" Regardless of how bad your day, you don't threaten another person, period. Especially not in front of customers. At the end, they were willing to split the cost with me. It was $250 worth of damage, and I paid $125. For me, it's not the money. It's my time wasted, and having to deal with rude customer service. The service center should not work there at all, with the small interactions I had with coworkers of his, their response was "I just don't go near that guy." He is that guy in the work place, someone who no one likes working with but they have to deal with it. Do not take my word for it (management if you're reading this). Do a blind moral survey, and see how everyone feels about the office. As for me, I will not take my vehicle over there any more and will recommend everyone to stay away. You don't treat customers the way he does, nor fellow coworkers. While bragging of 30+ years of working at Dodge, it goes to show how far he has advanced... and for obvious reasons. If anyone still insists on going to Dodge Manhattan for ANY reason, make sure you request a copy of the damage report BEFORE leaving (they will not voluntarily give it to you.) Take a few pictures of your car and move about your day. I spent two days going back and forth with them, and a full day at the autobody shop (they were great!). In the world of online reviews, Dodge Manhattan should pay a little more attention on what is being said on the net. If anyone would like to contact me from Dodge, please...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnbelievably terrible service. I bought my Jeep here about a year ago and was convinced by the finance manager to use a third-party company that will pull biweekly payments from my account and send to the bank I was financing my Jeep through. I have since paid off the Jeep, but the third-party company is still charging me every 2 weeks. I called my bank which sent me to call the dealership since it's not the bank that was charging me, but the company affiliated with the dealership. I called the dealership about 2 weeks ago and after the receptionist tried to explain that there's nothing they can do and that I needed to call my bank, I further explained why it's something they have to work with the third-party company (uptempo?) to turn off, which she understood and said that the finance manager is busy right now and would call me back within the next hour. When I did not receive a call back and I received yet another charge for a car that I paid off, I called again and was connected with THE WORST RECEPTIONIST OF ALL TIME. It was a male who answered, would not tell me his name. At first, he seemed nice, like he was going to get me further than the previous receptionist I spoke to. He tried ending the call by saying he would speak to a finance manager to help get this sorted out for me. Me, having already been falsely promised that, was skeptical and asked if there was any way to speak to the finance manager directly. His response threw me off completely. With a massive attitude, "Ma'am did you not hear what I just said? I just said I would talk to the finance manager, did you not hear me?". His tone, his unwarranted frustration and short temper had me shocked. I'm not one to curse, raise my voice, or get out of character (or even take the time to leave bad reviews), ever, but him being rude to me without reason - that pissed me off, so I snapped back & said the F word. He said even though I cursed, he was still going to speak to the finance manager for me because he's the bigger person. His attitude, WAS CRAZY unacceptable so of course I gave it right back, would not tell me his name, and he ended the call by saying he does not need to help me, he was not going to help me, and hung up on me. Someone like that does not deserve a job especially when the job is customer facing. Fire him. Fire him. Never doing business with this dealership again. OH, and I'm still being charged? I feel like I'm being scammed at this point. Don't use their...
