I was there just a few hours ago on 9/24/19 and ordered the almond butter açai bowl just because it did not have banana. My bowl came and here it is, banana. I Nicely double check if it was the almond butter bowl and she told me yes, I said but it has banana. I specifically ordered because there is no banana on the description. With the nastiest attitude she told me all our bowl had banana, this is how it is. I said what if I am allergic, it should be put in the decriptionlike for all other açai bowls? At this point it is a matter of principle. In the decription of all the bowls on the board it says banana, except this one. Apologize and offer to change it, especially when I did not even open it, don't give me a nasty attitude, talk about it in spanish to your colleague with some eye rolling and THEN offer to change. 3rd and last time there. Read moreI ordered a sandwich at the wrong location by accident. A worker in the restaurant insisted that I go to the restaurant in which I ordered the sandwich. I explained many times that I was unable to visit the restaurant but that I would like to reorder the sandwich. I expressed my apologies for the mixup and even told them that I would call the other location to inform them of my mistake (which I did while standing in the store). Finally, another employer stepped in and allowed me to purchase another sandwich. The first employee lacked professionalism and good customer service. She was also very rude! When I left the store, I asked for her name and she did not give it to me (needed her name so that I could write a review). Read moreI've been ordering from this place for a year now and I've had nothing but greats things to say up until today. I preordered breakfast on seamless which usually is ready before the pickup time and went to pick it up on my way to work. I told the girl behind the juice bar (black hat, very pale, rude attitude) about the order and it wasn't ready, not that big of a deal seeing as I was early. Instead of her being polite and making the order she then walks away from me to the back without saying anything for about 5 minutes leaving someone who barely speaks English attempting to assist me and in turn barking at me. She then comes out and takes the customer behind me and speaks about me to the other person at the counter.
