Gotham Sound is the definition of customer service on a personal level. I purchased an Audio Devices Mix Pre 10t, along with a couple of Sennheiser G4 Wireless mics with 2 Tram TR 50 lavs, and an Orca Case. I needed to be ready to use all this equipment that I was completely green on in a matter of hours for an evening shoot. Their tech took a lot of time to walk me though the operations of all the equipment yielding the knowledge and clarity I needed immediately. I’ve been a customer here since 2016 and it’s the first place I go to when I need my sound gear serviced or I need to buy new gear. They saved me early in my career when another store incorrectly wired a new lav and I needed a replacement fast. I’ve been loyal to them ever since. This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with when it comes to audio rentals. They are incredibly competent and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Recently I placed an order for the rental. When I received it, they accidentally sent me the wrong clip-ons for the lav mics (which was no big deal honestly). I called them up, and they overnighted me the correct ones the next morning! I was so happy to have received them. They literally go above and beyond the call of duty! I would recommend them...
