I'm in the area often for work and I gotta say Gigis is a great spot for a light lunch. Both delicious and very very affordable. And the bathroom is always clean ! I usually get a roast pork bun cause they're tasty and filling. I've noticed they have a lot of hot dog centered foods. Like croissant wrapped around a hot dog, looked like a giant pig in a blanket. Haven't tried any of those yet but they looked good. Plenty of lunch options is my point though. I have had coffee from them before as well and it's acceptable! Not watery or burnt swill. Yesterday I got a Pork Puff for the first time and I can't lie, it was a bit strange for my American pallet but it was OUTSTANDINGLY delicious. Do not let the jelly like texture turn you off. It's so freaking good. It's basically like deep-fried mochi with a sweet pork filling. It's got a nice crispy crust with a soft inside and the filling just like melts in your mouth. 10 out of 10 ! I also got a purple sweet potato bun which I'm actually eating right now and it's pretty good as well. It's not any sweeter than a regular cooked sweet potato and it's a bit starchy. It's got like little pockets of sweet potato filling throughout and the bread is fairly light and airy. It's definitely not sweet enough to be considered dessert in my honest opinion but that makes it another good lunch option. Which is exactly what I wanted so I'm happy ! Overall I really like this place. The employees are fast and attentive, half the time they're waiting on my to decide what I want haha definitely try them out if you're in the area, are starving and...

This place is absolutely amazing, they have some Asian gummies for 4.50$ some chips that range from 2:50-4$, the customer service is absolutely amazing, whenever I look at an item there’s always an employee coming to help and ask if there’s anything I need help with, they have such a great variety of snacks and cakes, speaking of cakes personally they aren’t my favorite because I have a sweet tooth but as most Asian snacks aren’t meant to be extremely sweet there cakes are otherwise really nice, the rainbow sprinkles one is nice and fluffy and just delicious, I just wish it had more frosting, the chocolate cake is oddly a little salty but it pairs up nicely with the cake, personally the portagese custard tarts aren’t my favorite, they are good but not the best but other than that I recommend going here, my favorite drink is the mango green tea with popping boba which comes out to...

Review for the horrible customer service. Love the food and my coffee here. I do not recommend the steam rice roll here. It was hard and cold when I got it in the afternoon.

Your cashiers needs to fix their attitude and possibly need hearing aids.

Every time I order my coffee I need to repeat myself(which isn’t a problem) but being asked to repeat myself with an attitude and a stank face doesn't make anyone's experience here pleasant and is the problem.

I'm a paying consumer who works locally and has gotten my coworkers hooked to this place. And this is for the tall guy and short girl who is usually taking the money.

This isn’t just a one time thing. It’s a consistent attitude that I see depending on their mood.

This is a bakery, I get it. I’m not expecting glorious customer service. But basic human respect would be greatly appreciated from a small...

I haven’t actually visited the bakery in person but my sister has bought us some buns from here and both times, they were amazing. I’m sure it’s probably because of all the extra butter they layer in there, but I try not to think about it. I’ve tried the cha siu bao, hot dog bun, scallion bun, and my newly discovered favorite - the ham and cheese bun. She said that each bun is probably about 25 to 50 cents more than a regular Chinese bakery, but the quality is so much better. You really do pay for what you get in this situation. Can’t wait to go in person so I can eat with my eyes and probably end up buying more buns than I can actually eat.

I had never been here before, but I decided to take a chance and purchase a cake the same day for a work event—and I’m so glad I did. The bakery was spotless, and the young man at the counter was polite, patient, and very helpful. I chose the mango cake, which was fresh, not too sweet, and absolutely delicious. The packaging was perfect and kept the cake safe during transport, and it even came with a birthday topper, candles, and a disposable cake cutter. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Gigi’s Bakery.
