wish to convey my profound disappointment regarding the recent takeout experience, deeming it, without reservation, the most subpar encounter in my extensive gastronomic history. The curry puffs, unfortunately, proved to be inconsistent and fell short of the expected standards. The beef tips, regrettably, were characterized by an excess of bone, diminishing the overall quality of the dish. The bao buns, to my dismay, were palpably stale, compromising their intended texture and flavor. Moving on to the egg rolls, their deviation from the anticipated taste profile was both surprising and off-putting, rendering them, regrettably, unpalatable. The curried duck failed to garner any semblance of appeal, indicating a possible discord with my personal taste preferences, particularly in relation to duck preparations. Furthermore, the papaya salad, to my dissatisfaction, exhibited an unsettling and unconventional flavor, deviating significantly from the expected palate. I offer this comprehensive feedback with the intention of fostering improvement and elevating the culinary experience, emphasizing the areas that require attention and refinement.

I wanted to like this place so badly! But it definitely disappointed. The staff were so friendly + helpful with allergies. It’s definitely allergy-friendly, which is great. But the food was a let down. The Pad Thai was red and clearly made with tomato sauce/paste. This is a big no-no for me. The Pad See Ew flavor was good but the noodles were quite dry and sticky and instead of Chinese broccoli, the kitchen used regular broccoli. It was still yummy but not the typical swap I’ve seen in Thai places around NYC. I did like the mango sticky rice- mango was ripe and the rice was not too sweet. Id maybe try this place once more but overall it’s not the best from what I gather. Oddly, there’s also a Vietnamese section on the menu that seems to have bad reviews according to other google reviews.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I arrived with two friends, only to be told that we couldn’t dine in because all the tables were reserved. Fine, we ordered takeout instead. But when I came back 30 minutes later, the same seats were still empty — no reservations in sight. It felt disrespectful and dishonest. If you value transparency and good customer service, look elsewhere. Disappointing experience. The manager seen our disappointment and offered a free ice tea, that’s how you know he was guilty. The second time coming back around the manager was sitting down eating his meal. The lady in the window is a worker that’s the only seats filled. You can see the time stamps in my photos for truth.

I've ordered from here more than a dozen times and I really like the food. However, their bad customer service with this order on top of their error left a bad taste in my mouth, so I will not order from here again.

I ordered basil sauce with chicken and extra vegetables. However I received a small basil sauce with vegetables. I called them to make them aware so they can correct the issue and they made me send them pictures of my food as proof.

When I mentioned that I was missing dinner with my family so please hurry. I also asked for an appetizer so I could offer something else to my kids so they can sit with me when my food arrived. Also as a courtesy to correct their mistake. But I was denied.

It was 45 minutes later that I was finally able to eat what I ordered. However, what they sent was also inadequate as they did not send rice with the correction, so I had to eat my basic sauce with chicken and vegetables with the cold rice that was delivered 45 minutes prior.

This was terrible...

Totally not KAPUNKA. Thai hospitality doesn't smell like Thai hospitality here. I can't understand - what is the problem with Asians and to the restroom? This is the second establishment where visiting the restroom is humiliating and rude. I stopped by to pick up my order and asked to go pee in the bathroom. It's been a blast! You have no idea! The bag lady wouldn't let me in. Toilet! As I understand it, they've been told by the owner not to let people in the bathroom. What kind of discrimination is this? How am I different from those who are allowed into their toilet temple? But I'm not used to being insulted. And when I did pee in their not-so-clean restroom, she got really hysterical. I suggested we call the police. That cooled her down a bit. Definitely, if you want to save your nerves, just walk on by. There are plenty of decent Thai places in town where everyone is welcome. I feel sorry for these people if their main problem is the people in...
