The food is amazing, this was our first time buying from here and the chicken over rice was amazing 👏. Now I have tasted lamb before and didn't like it but today I tasted the lamb from here and I'm hooked. The pride that is taken in preparing the food is amazing. I loved the cleanliness of the truck. I'm now going to be a regular. Well the first time was amazing of course it was the owner. Now I've gone back 3 times and the food and service is horrible. The guy that's their Thursday evenings hates his job and will tell you as he throws the food around. Will not be buying again. Finalllllly a good chicken over rice spot in this damn neighborhood. I’ve tried from every other spot in this area and beyond. Obviously the best chicken over rice you’re gonna get is in bay ridge Brooklyn. Some spots in queens not bad either. There used to be some good spots in fort Greene around 10 years ago. Now it’s gotta be Halal Spot for me.

I ordered delivery early Friday morning and it took a while. Probably because they were cooking up fresh ish, that meat is juicyyy

It was shortly after 9 AM and I am sure he was just getting set up when I stopped and asked for my lamb over rice. I was happy to have gotten it early so I wouldn’t have to walk out and use my lunch break. He was kind and willing to assist me and I appreciate that. The food is always good, hot and fresh and the portion is sufficient. I do recommend you try them out!! The Atmosphere is NY City that’s why it’s 4 stars just cant perfect...
